1) There is a color option for that particular border at “Ark > Headers > Select your header > Color options near the bottom of that page, look for “border”

2) You can register more fonts at “Ark > Theme Options > Fonts”. After you add them there, you will be able to select and use them in Fresh Builder via “Typography” and “element.style” tabs.

You can create almost any blog/portfolio grid you want, including what you have just described, with the help of our unique “offset loop” option. If you decide to purchase, just start a new thread on our forums after you install the theme and give us your wp-login and we will show you how it can be created. It is so flexible you can have first post in header, second in body, third hidden in some lightbox and fourth in footer – all fully working and reacting properly to pagination. This was just to illustrate the endless possibilities I don’t know of any other theme that would give you this level of control.

I can see a pretty complex grid in your example so Ark would be a good choice because the Fresh Builder allows to create your own grids and nest them into each other. That is something the other themes are missing (and more such as global color library, quick save, keyboard shortcuts, ...). They usually just have rows under each other with columns, that’s it. We have dedicated bootstrap grid elements that you can mix, match and nest.

The text rolling animations and hover effects are something that you would need to implement on your own. But for example the hover effects are pretty easy to add on your own with custom CSS such as:

Thank you for sharing the tips. I would just like to clarify. #1 might be caused by having a container both in your Sitemap and in your page/post. So if your Sitemap has “Medium” container and page has “Full Width” container then the full width will not be full width because it is wrapped by the medium one. Ark is shipped with 15 or so default Layouts, one of them is “Page Default Full Body”. I would recommend using that layout under page settings (at the bottom of Edit Page) if you want your page to be full width. You can also create your own Layouts in Sitemap too by the way. #2 the quick save is meant for Fresh Builder and some other parts such as page settings at the bottom. It’s not really possible to have everything covered because users can install plugins that can modify the core WordPress features etc. so we have included what we have complete control over.

Yes, of course, it’s pretty easy. Depending on where do you want it. For pages, you can have it out of the box, by selecting the “Default Page – 2 Sidebars” in the page writepanel

For having it anywhere else, you can simply add another sidebar in WP Admin -> Ark -> Sitemap.

Ideally install the “Main Demo” from “WP-Admin > Ark > Demo Install” on a new and clean WordPress installation. From there you can easily copy/paste content into your production installation.

But first you can just try pasting this code.

I went ahead and dug it out of that page you have mentioned (hope I got the right one though, there is so many demo pages).

You can paste that code by right-clicking on some element in Fresh Builder and selecting “Paste below”. The whole demo page content will then be inserted into your canvas. You will then want to change image links etc because the settings are of course taken from our own website. Hope this helps as a quick solution.

1) One Envato Regular License is valid only for one domain, so for two websites, you would need to purchase two licenses. These rules apply for all theres on ThemeForest.

2) It’s pretty easy to create layout like that in Fresh Builder, one of our demos called is fullwidth for example.

3) It loads fine for me, even on throttled/unstable internet speed.

Vimeo links is supported out of the box. You can open Vimeo videos in lightbox, this can be set on any link, as you can see here. But most probably you had Vimeo video backgrounds on your mind. I’ll discuss this with team on our Monday meeting and eventually we will implement it one of the future releases.

We do not include Visual Composer because we have our own, much more flexible system (Fresh Builder). But if you need Visual Composer for whatever reason then it should work as a plugin, it’s just not something we recommend with Ark because there is no benefit in using it in 99% of cases. People who used Fresh Builder often say that when they come back to their old sites with Visual Composer that it’s very uncomfortable to use and highly inflexible compared to Fresh Builder. And frankly, we have heard the same comparation about any other system, not just Visual Composer. So I am not saying that specifically Visual Composer is bad in any way, it’s a great plugin. Just saying we have something really good and that you won’t probably be looking to replace it with a different solution.

Installing the main demo content is atomic operation – you can install it all, or not install it. The content is really complex, containing tons of dependencies (images, portfolios, posts, blog posts, etc etc). So there cannot be only one page extracted. It has to be installed together. But we have cool AJAX demo content installer, with status bar informing you about the current progress. So do not worry, installing the content is actually pretty smooth.

Hello, Its actually pretty easy. Go to wp admin – ark – titlebars – titlebar default. Here is the titlebar you see under the header. The background image is set in the Section element (tab Box Model)
