Hello Guys Like most im really excited for the new release ( Hoping for custom font uploads and header options fingers crossed)
But I was wondering if you could help me please, I have run out of support but if you could provide an answer here I would be really appreciate it.
I want to have a split menu with the logo in the center. The only change I want is I want the menu items to float to the left and right of the navigation bar (please see the image)
https://i.imgsafe.org/55aa33821d.jpgWhen I use the float css on the left menu it works fine but when I use it on the right menu the order of the items reverses which is no use and the menu on mobile breaks.
Is there any solution you guys could provide I want to stick using this theme as its the most user friendly, currently the7 and avada offer this option but I far prefer how your theme works.

My questions are- In the theme have testimonial slider. My site has 19 testimonials. I’ve added two testimonials on the homepage as the demo. Now have there any way to copy testimonials, so that I can use it all pages in my site?
I don’t want to write 19 testimonials for every page and I think it’s not an efficient way. I want that I’ll write testimonials for one page and I’ll copy and paste where I need.

You can save the testimonial slider as a template and add it via the templates tab inside of Visual Composer as needed on your pages

I can’t delay it anymore so at least, please, tell us a real date when the BIG AND MUCH AWAITED update will be released. My Visual composer no longer appears to work. When i click to add any sort of of Element i get errors as seen in the image below:

I noticed i have an update available for Visual Composer but how do i update that? Do i update it using the latest Salient zip download from themeforest?
Hey JokerMartini, you need to be on the current version of Salient (7.6) and the current Salient VC (4.12.1) in order to use the latest WordPress http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/
I’m checked out my version and here is a screenshot of my Visual Composer and it’s saying it’s outdated for my theme. However like i mentioned in my previous message, its not working.

What do i do in this case where the Salient VC you are saying is older than the one I’m currently running on my website? Do i need to just reinstall Salient? If so will i lose all my settings by doing that?
Hey 4.9.2 of the Salient VC has that issue where it attempts to sync to the raw VC, in this case if you simply delete the VC plugin you’ll then be able to install 4.12.1 from the appearance > install plugins tab in your admin panel. Just make sure you’re using 7.6 of Salient to have access to that though

Hello, Any idea why the addition of “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress” causes my footer widgets to display incorrectly? When the plugin is active, all of the footer widgets are aligned left and stacked on each other. When the plugin is deactivated, the footer widgets appear normal. Thanks in advance..

Hey – the plugin is adding css that’s not contained to the plugin namespace. Add this into the custom css box in the Salient options panel to sort it

Hey fabiodimar, Salient offers an option to make the mobile menu sticky currently – but if you prefer that design, I can’t say whether or not it’s compatible. If you experience any issues just let me know

Can i Import more than one DEMO from the demo importer at the same time? Like can I import a second demo after importing a first demo??? because I want some pages from the first demo and a few other pages from the second, is that possible?

Yesterday I bought one of your themes, but it was a problem with my purchase, I had bought it with my account and not with the account i should bought it. Then I made a Refund request, but I didn’t have any response yet, so today, I decide to cancel the refund, but i don’t know how to do it. I have tried today to download the theme i have purchased, but it didn’t download, I guess is for the refund process.

Presales question: 1) If i buy the theme again:) is it possible to Import the landing page from the”photography” demo and then import other pages from other demos???? I dont want to install the whole demo because i like certain features from certain pages of several demos, is that possible?
2) if i take the photography demo landing page as an example (http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-photography/), can i attach links to the photos displayed so they can take the user to several places on the site? Can i also add on the landing page blog posts as well as certain products from ecommerce shop all looking in the mansory style layout on the landing page of the photography demo layout so they all mesh together same style?

1. It will be possible in the upcoming update, but for now you’d need to import both demos
2. You can give each image a custom link to lead wherever needed, but there’s no way to automatically add products and blog posts in an image gallery as blocks – they’d need to be added in manually as images and then linked accordingly

I was wondering how you acheived this as I don’t understand how it was made using Contact Form 7 and how you were able to make all the inputs on one line.

I wonder if you could hlep me with a problem on mobile. I’ve added a Quickview to your Woocommerce products shortcode (using carousel) on this page – http://www.site6.brisbne.pl/ (the products at the top of the page).
Quickview is working nicely on desktop view and tablet view when you click a product, however, on a mobile phone, the quickview lightbox doesn’t work. I’m thinking it’s a conflict with the carousel but I don’t get any errors in console – the quickview simply doesn’t activate on click. Is there some option that carousel does differently on mobile compared to desktop view that might block the quickview?

You’ll need to edit the productCarouselInit in the init.js file – as that carousel element changes the tap functionality on mobile devices and prevents links from triggering unless it’s a standard page link (to avoid accidental clicks when swiping on mobile)
