Hi! I am writing with a different questions. (hope you have a little time for my last questions!): I check with my hosting company as regards the server requirements. They are able to meet all the requirements except one. max_execution_time on their Hosting Platform caps out at 90 Seconds. Would the them still be function optimally or is the fact that it is not 120 seconds a deal breaker? Thank you in advance. I am keen to purchase the theme and am trying to determine if it is the right theme decision.

If your host is not compliant with the max_execution_time the only problems you can have are about demo contents import even if all requirements are granted you are be in a good host and you should have no problems. Hi - I have installed the theme and am using the classic shop demo. Everything seems to have installed successfully except for the default shop which does not display any products, when on the actual shop page. All the products have been installed and uploaded. I couldn’t find much documentation on the shop functionality of the theme. Could you point me in the right direction or provide a little more information re the configuring of the shop? Hope I have been clear enough! Thank you
After some experimenting and more looking around, I believe I have answered my own question! Apologies for being too hasty with my questions… I will take some more time to have a good look through everything and will play around with the features and functionalities of the theme. Hey guys – great theme I love it! But I’m struggling to change the lineheight. I have even delted 1.75 / but its still showing on my page. I looked around *and I feel I know the theme pretty well by now) but cannot for the life of me figure out where I change it.

Note that in Uncode you can set header height to 0 to 100%, this mean you can have full-screen if needed. 2. This is handled by the translation plugin you’ll use but anyway it’s possible, we don’t have any ready demos but you can check in the customer showcase (there a few examples): https://www.undsgn.com/uncode/showcase
I notice you have a customized version of Visual Composer. Do I have to use your bundled version or can I use my own if I have a license key?

Hi dmvieria, thank you for interest and sorry for delay! In Uncode you need to use the bundles version of the plugin, when the theme is update also the VC version will be updated, as you note Uncode uses a super tailored version of the page builder. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hi there,
I’m having an issue with compatibility with Envira Gallery on Desktop devices. Not sure if it’s their issue or yours. I’m getting a double scrollbar appear on pages which have a gallery in them, and when I scroll down the page locks up.

Hi – I like this theme a lot and I had two questions that I wanted to ask: 1) I would like to make use of the site to list/display podcasts. Do you believe that would be quite straightforward? I would use one of the most used plugins for this, such as the Seriously Simple Podcasting or the Blubrry PowerPress plugin. Would I be able to simply use that on a ‘Service’ page or is there another page that would be suitable for displaying podcast short code? ( I realize you can’t test every plugin but all things being equal, do you think it should be able to handle podcast episodes and listing successfully, by using a default page (service page?). My other questions was whether one can take different elements from different demos instead of taking a demo in its entirety? I would be using one of the shop demos mainly but was hoping I might be able to use a layout (or demo page) from another demo? Hope I am being clear enough! Thanks in advance! Carl

If you install demo contents you have this element to, it’s just a Media Gallery with the carousel mode.
