Hello, I have a problem with the gallery in my portfolio. When you’re opening the website, everything is ok but when you go on a project and come back to the main page, the gallery is experiencing some king of a glitch like you’ll see in the attachment.
Also, the social icons on the header keep switching from black to white in fonction of the slider even when I’m scrolling.

Hi on http://www.solarwarninglabels.net/contact the form does not show a border around the entree area. How can I add a border around the entree area, the form plugin that came with the theme does not show an option for that.

Theme supports Contact Form 7, and you are using some other form on your site which cannot be styled from theme options like CF7 so form have to be styled with some custom css code. I am thinking of purchasing this template, but I have some questions.
1) Can portfolios with text under image also have a hovering effect with text. And can be these texts customized or it sets automatically from a portfolio item name?
2) Can filtering in portfolio be customized (change size of fonts, fonts, colors)?
3) Can I load my own page loader graphic? ( now I see different circles and squares)
4) Can I use SVG animation plugins or Gifs plugins in your theme?
5) Do you have type-out text effects or any text effects? I could not find any.

1. Text string is from portfolio item name. Hover effect do not exist, but it can be done with some custom css code, and our support can help you with this.
2. Yes, with some custom css code.

4. SVG images are disabled by default in WordPress because of security, but you can try to install some plugin if you really need to use SVG images. GIF images will work fine.

My website is www.inovaengenharia.com and I’m develop a single page. But i have another page to explain fully my new service called “Inspecao Predial” at www.inovaengenharia.com/inspecao
• I created links in menu using anchor function in my Home page.
• When my client acess the other page “Inspecao Predial”, the menu links dont work well. They only came back to Home page at the top, but dont go to the correct section of Home page.
How can i Solve it?
Can my INSPECAO PREDIAL page have a different MENU, only with the ‘HOME” button and CONTACT button?

Footer in Grid
I’ve finally had a chance to revisit our website and by the time that occurred and found this issue of course my subscription expired. The issue is when I put the footer in grid in “some” pages the top and bottom footer have a color fill of #e4e4e4 (light gray) running right through the dark gray (#262626).
I’ve banged my head on the computer for months comparing page to page and can’t see what could possibly be different between these 2 pages and the many other in the site that are displaying this activity. I’ve tried to enlist a custom css that will solve this but haven’t had any luck
The footer displays just fine in all posts and will display OK if I turn off the footer option to not display in grid in Qode Options > Footer. I have the footer top and bottom background color set to #262626.
I’m running WP Rocket with some minification options but it occurs when disabled.

Provided css is not present within custom.css file, so this may be because of caching plugin or you already removed that code. Following screenshot is showing live edit of that file https://www.screencast.com/t/UyHWKtUZ9iFX and as you can see with that code, footer background will be fixed. Try to disable caching plugin and apply custom css code again. Also, if you are using latest WordPress you can apply css code from WordPress admin > Appearance > Custom CSS.

Indeed it was the caching plugin. I disabled and all is good. Ill work on the cache later but thanks so much as this has been driving me crazy!

I hope you are fine. My issue is this: My homepage was created with “Blog masonry – Date in image” template, when I open the page to edit its contents, all the setting are lost ( css, selected slider, selected settings for sidebar, title, etc). When I apply changes and save the page, the changes can be seen in the real page, but the settings are lost in the the edit page. Can u help me please?

This may be due to some plugin conflict or low server resources so first try to increase PHP directives like below or ask your hosting service provider to do that for you:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
After that you can try to disable all 3rd party plugins one by one and test this every time.

Users often integrate newsletter with mailchimp, and beside mailchimp script for that purpose, you can use Contact form 7 plugin + this extension https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/
Bridge theme is translation ready, and if you need to create multi lingual website, theme supports WPML plugin which you can use for that purpose.
We cant tell you much about booking plugins, because we didn’t tested theme, but if they are codded according to WordPress standards they should work fine. Only issue which you may encounter is conflict with our AJAX page transitions, but you can easily disable page animations from theme options.

Hi,
I’m having an urgent issue with my website.
The front end looks fine, but when I try to login into the dashboard I’m getting an error which doesn’t allow me to even see the dashboard.
The hosting company told me that js_composer is the plugin that causes the issue. I believe that this plugin is vital to the theme and I’m wondering if you could have a look and maybe figure out why is this plugin causing the problem.
And one more thing -> If you’re saying that you’ll answer to tickets in less than 24 hrs, then do answer in 24 hrs or change that line to reflect the time in which you’ll respond to issues. I’ve submitted a ticket 24 hrs ago and no answer yet.
