Hi, in plugin tab it says: “This theme requires the following plugin (self-hosted): WPBakery Visual Composer”.
When I try to install it it says: “Impossible to copy file. js_composer/locale/readme.txt Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Hi Pirenko. I have a question about Visual Composer. I was under the impression when I purchased the theme, that I would have a full version of Visual Composer. However, when I try to access certain parts (like Template Library) I get an error that says I am not allowed access. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks for your help!

I have the latest version and plugins. Actually I tried to go to your website www.pireno-themes.com to look for the theme there as well and I received the same issue on the iPad from your website. It hangs on the preloader and nothing else charges. Any idea what this could be?

It seems that you already implemented that. Anyway, you can add as many “Latest Portfolio” page elements as you want. You can also change the number of portfolio items that each of these page elements show (click on the pencil icon to edit the Latest Portfolio properties when you are editing the page using the page builder).

I figured it out. Thanks. On another matter can I have the titles always displayed on the middle of the image, i do not want to have the titles under. I still want the image to pop out when i hover over it but i want the titles to be always displayed on the middle of the image.

I am trying to duplicate a similar theme as the Restaurant demo.
1)I am adding the logo but is doesn’t align with the header menu.
2) I am trying to make the homepage but can’t seem to find a way to create it. While using the visual composer it doesn’t seem to work neither.

I’m having an issue with the top menu not displaying correctly on browsers with a width of 1000 pixel.
Once you start scrolling the menu removes itself from the black area at the top and drops down to below the black bar into the main website content.
To replicate the issue go to www.theheron.org and scroll down. Then change your browser width to below 1000 pixels and you’ll notice the menu buttons get moved below the black menu bar and they aren’t legible. Can you help?

About the menu: please go to Theme Options>Header bar tab and adjust the option “Minimum window width before activate mobile mode” (it is you who decide from which width the theme goes into responsive mode). I suggest also that you adjust the option “Social networks links top offset” located on the lower part of this same options tab to align vertically the social network links with the menu buttons.

This is set to 768 (not the 1000) where the issue is happening. Getting it to go into mobile mode is no problem. It’s the browsers that are between 768 and 1000 pixels that have the issue. Below 768 it shows mobile menu as it should. Above 1000 pixel width it shows menu as it should. How do I fix the menu on monitors between 768 and 1000? I don’t want mobile to kick in at 1000 pixels width so changing the mobile mode setting to 1000 won’t fix it.
The menu does not fit when you are under approx 1000 pixels. What do you want to do then?
I want to be able to utilize all of the scrolling menu bar space. There is plenty of space to put the menu in the scrolling menu bar but it won’t use the full space. When I scroll it replaces the large logo with the smaller logo in the menu but it doesn’t free up the space saved from the menu from the smaller logo.
The same behaviour happens when using the logo on the top and menu on the bottom. The template doesn’t seem to handle more than 4 short menu buttons properly.
There’s no limit on the buttons number. The “problem” is that your logo is too big… Anyway, we should be able to work around that with some custom CSS.

Hi, I just bought the pulse theme and got the error “Are you sure you want to do this” when installing via WP. I tried to install via File Manager in C Panel but when I activate the theme it then gives an error 500 error.

Your server settings should not allow uploading files with more than 5MB and that is why you are seeing this error.
You should contact your hosting company to increase this value, because you may also need it to upload files to the media library.
As an alternative you can try and upload the theme folder using FTP. You have a detailed tutorial about this on the theme documentation folder.

Hi Thank you for your awnser. O.k., i know how to add Menu items, but i want to set up a Link to a new section for a onepage site. My Example: i added a Event Calender, i created a new page and inserted the shortcode for this. when i add this site to my menu it will work, but it is no section on the site. So when i click on this menu item the page will not scroll to this section but loads a complete new page..

Please notice that we don’t have any similar report so this issue must have to do with a plugin or a server side misconfiguration.

Hello. I love your theme. Simple and fast. I have one question though. I create team members and i make them to have a single member page. When i’m on the specific member page and i need to go back to main page, doesn’t matter when i click the page returns to top. For example if my menu is Home, about, team, contact, no matter where i click i return to the top of the page and the button is still active. That is a bit confused for the visitor. Any suggestion?
