1. If you are using Contact Form 7 booking. It will send to your email address. Or you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/save-contact-form-7/
So all booking form which are submitted from customers will be recorded to WordPress database.
2. It’s using payment option from Woocommerce so you can use any Woocommerce payment extension.

3. It’s simple. Basically you can link book button to any URL for each tours. For example you can link to 3rd party booking site like agoda.com booking.com

2) The woocommerce integration on single tour page is great. Question is do we need create a product to link with the tour? Or the tour itself is added to cart after clicking “book”?
3) How about variation products? group products? How to integrate these non-simple product to the tour page?
4) We also want to add some custom meta when the tours in the cart. For example, use “woocommerce product add-on” “woocommerce extra product options” or “woocommerce gravity form” on the single tour page (not redirect to a product page). Will this theme add these function soon?

1.Old tour posts should be remained, however you might have to configure all tour options as both themes have different tour options.
2. Yes you have to create a product and link it to tour.
3. Currently it doesn’t integrated to tour page. However we are open for feedback about how our customers want to use them in tour page so we will add it in the future update.

Please consider add other product type supported. It makes this theme more flexible and be best. For example, the tour price based on age of travellers need both “Adult” “Child” “Senior” quantity. It’s more than a simple product could handle.
The custom fields is also very useful. As a travel agency, we need to collect some details such as Name of Travellers, Day of Birth, Passport number, etc. based on the number of people in the cart. Otherwise, there is a lot of manual work to collect these information.
We are highly looking forward the theme could include all useful functions. Is that possible for our suggestions on the to-do-list?

That’s great to hear you our suggestions.
This plugin customize the checkout field. The limition of this way is we could not get information based on products. For example, 6 people join day tour A, 3 of them join another day tour B. We could let them fill all their name on extra checkout fields, but we don’t know which traveller join tour B.
How about add meta to each product line in cart? Each product may require different information. Is there anyway to add custom fields to product line on cart page, before checkout?
