I got an email saying there was an update February 17 but when i download it. It all still shows the December 27th update. Is this correct?

I’m having a lot of problems and still you haven’t get back to me And my client want to cancel the job because of it. I love your theme -but I have big problems with it – with Menue – with changing all the shortcode texts (pictures, etc) where does this items take the pictures and text?? – Menue is not running, Widget above Footer: SW Brand is not running – where can I choose my pictures?? etc. how can I reach you!

- The menu does not appear to me, only in responsive (and duplicate) mode. I have already tried to activate it anyway, create new ones, etc.

2 Things for your next update.
1) Footer Widget Area brakes when trying to put custom menus in.
2) Account page once logged in is not styled

A few concerns, you guys don’t really talk about setting up product pages. I have 2 sets of top tier product categories. Each with their own link on the homepage and each with their sets of categories and sub categories. Each one will need its own sidebar. How do I do this? You have no stylization with woo commerce/visual composer and you mention I can make multiple layouts but don’t mention how to create these layouts or widget bars

I do have one concern/question I hope you can help me figure out with the mega menu. My client has about 18 different categories with random sub-categories as you can see from this image http://prntscr.com/csrf8f
I am going to try and get them away from wanting all the sub categories under the menu but I am thinking they will want them all. With all these categories and random sub categories, whats the best way to do this?
