You can add a single start date but multiple location labels. IF you do not have many courses, then you can label your locations with the Dates, like : New York – 27 Feb’17, this way it will appear in the course directory for filtering as well as on course details area.

Adding some vital information to above : this can only happen if your plugins are super outdated. Vibe custom types is in version 1.9.x (more than 1 year old) and vibe course module is in latest version. Update the vibe custom types plugin first and then vibe course module.

The best way is to update the theme but the theme update is not yet released with this feature. If you want us to share code level fixes then these are in multiple files, so it would not be easy to share the changes directly.

This is a feature which is provided by Memberships. You can use the PMPRo plugin for this. Pmpro can be integrated with WooCommerce for purchasing courses and with woo Subscriptions it would auto-renew memberships, refer tip

Yes, the updates are free and automatic. The support access period has nothing to do with updates. So you should be getting updates as you previously got.
