I think it’s your browser cache issue, please remove your browser cache and then check your site.

Please read and follow the steps:

• Please go Woocommerce > Settings on admin sidebar.
• Please click Products tab.
• Please click Display link.
• Please go Product Images and change the image sizes.
• After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

First I want to clear that in our latest theme and all other old theme versions never had this type of issue. This issue is related to your personal computer and browser which did not work properly. As you see that we have sales the Porto theme over 9000 sales and we have never received this type of issue in our theme, of course, you are the only one man to report this issue with Proto theme. Please send us your site login details of your site through our support system then we will make a video for you from our site then you will see the difference.

I think after the theme update you did not follow the instructions completely in the theme documentation here: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#update_theme

Please do the steps 5 and 6 to get back your theme design.

I think that it’s the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

Hi, When I purchased the theme I didn’t need for the support, now just a small help need from your side, please help me, I’m really liked your theme, and purchased the Magento then WP, and now I’m only sticked with cart page problem, I checked the CPanel everything updated, even the WP admin all plugins updated, everything working great except the cart page.

Sure I’ll purchase updated support … but I AM using 3.5 AND updated your Porto Shortcode plugin today … THAT’S when it stopped working. Again, I can purchase more support, but this is a bug that should be fixed. Just thought you’d want to know.

I think you are using the old version of theme and plugins or your WP version is old. Please use the latest Porto theme version 3.5 with latest WP and update your all plugins as well. I hope after that you will not find any issue with the theme.

That’s awesome. Ok, one more thing that i realize now previewing your porto theme on my desktop computer: if i select the option WIDE on the options menu, it still keeps boxed. That’s is ok for this theme? it have only the boxed layout? Thanks again and sorry for so many questions, i just need to be sure the theme fit my needs…

This wide menu option will work when you will set the page layout as the Full width. In full-width page layout, you can set the Wide menu. In our theme, there are 3 layouts Wide Width, Full and Boxed layout.

Yes, we have added the new feature, this like feature shows you the counter of How many people likes your post. But it’s in your hand to change the counter manually from Edit the Post and in Post Option, you will find this like count field.
