I contacted you two days ago via email (newsmartwave@gmail.com) and have heard nothing back. I purchased the Porto theme and have a support question. I completed you basic sign in with my Purchase Code. Your system advised me that I would receive an email which will connect me to the system.

I have never received an email and I cannot enter the support area. So far this is not a great service experience, feeling disappointed :(

My 3.5 update messed up as well. Normally it is a breeze to update versions, but in this case it messed up the blog page which listed all of the posts (large image / post underneath) so I reverted back to 3.4 and it works perfect.

We have already tested the theme and we did not find any issue like that you are talking about. I think your theme is not updated properly or you have not updated all the theme plugins after the theme update. There is no issue in the latest theme version.

Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

1&2. Please go to edit the homepage and add the below given custom CSS code in custom CSS section of the page:

.vc_row-has-fill+.vc_row-full-width+.vc_row>.vc_column_container>.vc_column-inner { padding-top: 0px; }

.wpb_content_element, ul.wpb_thumbnails-fluid>li { margin-bottom: 0px; }

3. Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> set the Footer Wrapper as boxed.

The latest version in Italian has problems on the shopping cart page. Have you checked?

Yes, this error is common. This error will come when you have updated your theme through FTP and files did not update properly and breaks the code of the file in one line. Please update your complete /wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/cart folder manually from the CPanel then your issue will solve auto.

Yes, sometime during uploading the files through FTP will break but it will not be happening all the time. But the best way to update the theme is through CPanel.

Yes, you can easily translate the theme into the German language. But we will not send the translated files to your personal email. If you want files/free support of the theme then you should use the theme purchased account and also send us your purchase code through our support system then we will provide you the theme translated files.

It’s not working. It would be easier to add a paralax option to [image style] options in [single image] settings. This does not work with a all the header styles. Thanks anyway.

Hello, Maybe interesting but i start liking normal design in mobiles rather than responsive designs.

So, can you give us the ability to turn off responsiveness of the website. Maybe you can put that feature in your coming releases.

Last version of Theme ( 3.5 ) . All Revolution Slider slides has border-radius:7px For what ? i want standart slider.

At our end, there is no border radius is added in the theme_1.CSS File. It’s your site css file. This file is generated when you click the save changes button from Theme Options.

Please go to Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile Default CSS section >> Click save changes button >> Click the Theme CSS button and then in the last >> Click the Plugin CSS button then your issue will solve auto.

The latest update has completely broken my site, tried to roll it back and still completely broken. I don’t feel these updates are tested well enough before being released. My blog layout is now broken, search bar has changed sizing, headings aren’t the weight they should be etc.

I think after the theme update you have not updated the theme plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Update all the theme required plugins.

1. I think you have not installed all theme required plugins, Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Install all the plugins and activate the theme. These all plugins must require installing the demo on your site. http://prntscr.com/edumh5

If your issue will not solve then please send us your site login details through our support system so we will import the demo for you.

2. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for these plugins. These plugins are already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugins directly from their websites. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate them, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

hello, can you help me show the date picker calendar in a contact form 7 ([date* date]) displayed in a modal box? I have added this line in functions.php: add_filter( ‘wpcf7_support_html5_fallback’, ‘__return_true’ ); the date picker works fine in pages, but not showing in modal boxes.

can you be more specific about what to do ? I don’t understand. the trigger class is ”.btntest”

I solved the problem by adding in Porto Theme Options > Skin > Custom CSS this: .ui-datepicker { z-index: 99999999 !important; } because the calendar div was behind the modal box.

Hello! In the last update (3.5) you added the WC Vendor Compatibility but there is a bug. As you can see on the link below when i add an image its appears twice. And the user pic is really necessary and ןnterfere with the site’s graphics. http://prnt.sc/eda6cy Thanks

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WC Vendor >> and set all the required settings for your vendor shop page. There is no issue in the theme it’s only the setting issue.

I have added a side menu to the front page of my site. How can I change the look of it. Seems to be ok on other pages except for the front.
