I have a few pre-purchase questions:
1. Is it possible to have a page that lists all the retailers you have on the site? (I will be adding products from different retailers. I want a page that lists them all broken down in alphabetical order.) Is there an example anywhere I can view? 2. How easy is it to create a custom page type? I have a page of voucher codes I want to add. And I want to be able to add vouchers as a post type.

Hello,
After I imported the Fashion Demo Content, header menu didn’t show because it wasn’t imported for some reason. I had to go to menu and do it myself.
Also, I am not able to show the footer widgets for some reason. I can see them in the footer widgets section but it’s not visible on the footer.
I did enable everything from Laborator for the header and the footers. I followed the documentation too!
I am writing here because it has been 4 days my ticket hasn’t been answered in your support system. #1091754

Hi, I looked though your demo site and have a question. Is your current demo theme using any cache plugin? I purchased one theme before and I didn’t know that the demo theme was using cache plugin. The theme I bought was extremely heavy and slow, and I couldn’t use cache function because of some issues and our functions like dynamic contents. I will look forward to hearing from you.

Our Aurum demos doesn’t use any caching plugins. We have a good server and our theme is extremely optimized, that’s why the demos are fast.

Having issues with the contact page. The map is not showing at all, I have a correct and working API key, for some reason the theme is calling both old and new js files for the map. No matter what I do the map never shows up, in Safari or Firefox. Using the most recent version of the theme. http://prnt.sc/ehyphb

Hi SS3, The Visual Composer templates don’t work on any theme, in order to make them work you will have to purchase and install Visual Composer separately, which is not necessary until you want to use their templates.
If you have bought the theme then post with that account you bought the theme, you cannot expect a reply from us until we see that you have purchased theme.

Nice theme, but it has missing functions. We bought this for a couple of clients and found out late that many things are missing. Things that are not implemented include “cross-sells”, “up-sells” and “related products”. They work in the 2017 base WordPress theme, but not Aurum. If you are serious about selling, you should be aware of these limitations.

Art, thanks for your response. I did try your demo, have for over 3 days now and they don’t run for me. Access to any of the Aurum demos just hang trying to connect to cdn.laborator.co. You may want to see if that is working correctly in all geographies. As I said we tried multiple client implementations and we can get to cross-sells and up-sells and related products fine using other themes like “2017” or Storefront so the product definition and Woocommerce are fine. I did look at your documentation and the theme set up panels and tried very hard to see if we missed a configuration setting. I will submit a Ticksy ticket since that appears to be case. Thank you for clarifying that.

Hello, firstly I have to post here because if I try to login to your support using the Envato API I get an error message saying;
“Something went wrong when trying to connect to your Envato account. Please try again”.
We really need to sort out these issues ASAP before I rate this product, and right now I am frustrated but let’s see if you can help me resolve all of these issues swiftly.
- My Account – Orders – “No orders have been made yet, go shop” – goes to /shop – I need to change this to go to go somewhere else, as I do not use the default “shop page” I just use custom links to product categories, at the moment I have used a temporary fix of changing the button colour css to camouflage it.
- Social networks share show incorrect subject when shared by email / it shows a+between+each+word – Temporary fix by un-checking feature.
- Wishlist doesn’t show remove button on mobile!
- Add product to wish list confirmation box is green and I need to change this colour to #ff1664
- Logo vanishes from front-end when go into theme settings
- Logo quality goes fuzzy when scroll down on desktop
- Hide search, doesn’t hide search box from mobile site (I need this as a temporary fix at least as I have private products showing to public in search results).

I recently bought your theme updating an existing WP site where the miniatures and images were square. I had no problems whit the updating.
Now I need to replace some images in product gallery but the new images thumbnails have a vertical aspect. I tried to intervene in the shop setting changing the pixle but does not change anything.
Catalog thumbnail size. 300×300 Product image size. 555×555 Magnifier zoom view size: 600×600 Zoom level for the magnifier: 4
what should I do?

Hi, there is a problem when you use a submenu in the Bookstore. The issue I am running into is that when I roll off a link of a main menu link that has a sub-menu, it “flashes” with a white background and then returns back to normal. I have checked my CSS a bunch of times and I cannot see where this action is happening. How can I overcome that?

There are 2 other problems (that I’ve thoroughly checked and tested various solutions before asking you) that concern the integration of WPML with the theme.
One is that both flags are showing in the homepage but in the interior pages I can see only the one.
The other one is, some words are not translating and I can’t even find them in the translation files in order to change them.

The theme itself looks great, well made. Other than that, everything is horrible. Bugs all throughout the theme. Cannot even format post, pages, or product text properly. Cannot even do bold text ANYWHERE . Cannot even use the theme/install it unless you have certain values set in your host, which takes forever and is impossible to do without help, which he doesn’t give. Horrible HORRIBLE support. Does not help at all, or even respond as a matter of fact.
I need to know about Aurum backend options (BookStore demo). I need to know if when installing the demo you create custom fields for author, ISBN, etc. where can you view these before you decide to purchase?

This options is not offered by WooCommerce natively, but i’m sure that there are plugins that can do this job for you.
Please search for any similar plugin or contact WooCommerce support for this question because they will know the plugins that can do this and head you on the right direction

Hello, I am using this theme for a client and it is rather great! Unfortunately, our support has recently expired and now we notice an error that we can’t quite figure out, and as we’re not the first to have this problem(I noticed someone left a comment about having the same problem almost 2 years ago, his username was “LasseCCCC”), I was hoping you could share the solution with me. The problem is a 404 error code on the second page of search results if there are two pages and a 404 error code on the last page(or few pages) if there are more than two pages; For example, Search “Blessed” on BeTheLightTees.com and go to page two. You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.4) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.6), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Thanks for getting back to me! I tried updating the theme on our staging site( http://btltees.staging.wpengine.com ) but that didn’t fix the problem as it still pulls up a “404 Page not found” error when trying what I previously described, however the update also breaks something I had previously fixed with custom CSS: It brings back a wrapping error on the products “Shop”page. you can see it clearly at http://btltees.staging.wpengine.com/shop You can see how I had previously fixed it at our live site: https://www.bethelighttees.com/shop/
What worked before but is no longer working is the following custom CSS:
.products > .item-column:nth-of-type(5n) { clear: none !important; }
.products > .item-column:nth-of-type(5n+1) { clear: left !important; }

I’m sorry, what update? as I am already on 2.9.6. And regarding the infinite scrolling, your suggestion to remove the custom css works until you scroll to the bottom and more products load, the 2nd and 3rd row are still messed up.

Please remove (save your CSS codes somewhere) all your Custom CSS first and see if the problem is solved. Also please disable your third-party plugins and see if that fixes the problem, because this problem doesn’t happen on our theme and also it has not been reported by any user on that where on the version 2.9.6.

Hello, I’ve really enjoyed your theme. Great job on it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the layout.
I’ve gotten pretty much every error solved with you guys, except for one. When you try and use the “Custom Skin Builder” in Theme Options to change the theme’s colors, it changes the look of certain parts and you can’t change them back.
Here’s a comparison view: http://i.imgur.com/Fg0sdaD.png The left is the default theme, and the right is whenever you try and use the Custom Skin Builder. You can’t get the same grayed out menu links as with the normal theme.
I’d just like to change “Button Color” from the royal purple and keep everything else, but it’s impossible to retain the original look while using Custom Skin Builder. I think this is an error?

We are happy to hear these kind words from you.
The problem with the skin builder is that it was created and parts with the same color are merged together, so when you change one of them it will change something you didn’t want to change actually.
Can you please send us your site URL first, so we can investigate your site and then get back to you with possible solution.
P.S. make sure you’ve disabled the Maintenance/Coming Soon mode
