After last theme update I lost my mobile menu, it does not show up in phone (works on small browser window though)
And I tried by removing responsive layout – now it shows the menu bar but not the menu..
Forget this, it is really a stupid problem

visual composer 5.0.1 no longer functions properly. will not open to edit mode.

The theme works with the version 5.0.1 of the Visual Composer, make sure you updated the theme and wordpress.
Also try to disable any custom plugins you are using.

I asked about this issue almost a year ago, but as my support had expired got nowhere. I’d really appreciate any help from other Fox users so I can start selling on my site.
I’m having an issue with the Shop page whereby it doesn’t show sidebar content when set as the ‘Shop Page’ in the Woocommerce Display settings:
http://www.dirtypixel.co.uk/shop/?When inspecting the page in a browser, you can see that the sidebar is there, but not the content. If I create a new page to use as the shop page with a sidebar, but don’t set it up in Woocommerce, the sidebar content is visible:
http://www.dirtypixel.co.uk/t2-shop/I’d be massively grateful if other users have any idea as to why this is happening. I’ve scoured Google for answers and tried plugins such as WooSidebars etc without success.
This is my last try before I move my site to Divi, which has become my main design platform for clients in the last year and has a far better support network and community that helps with situations like this . Please message me with any thoughts.

Thanks for the reply. I can’t submit a private or public ticket as my support has expired, as I explained above. I obviously can’t list my Dashboard access information here, but it is listed in my previous private tickets, so if anyone could take a look it would be appreciated.
I’ve scoured Google for answers, changed every reference to sidebars I can find in the theme & WooCommerce, and tried plugins such as WooSidebars etc without success.

I wanted to open a ticket (pre-sales) in the support forum but I get a 504 Error when I try to get to the support page 
I was wondering if I can ONLY have a Blog with The Fox. So no landing, or one page. I simply want The Fox to be displayed as Blog when someone reaches my domain.

Hello, i use the blog element to display a selected blog type and category on a site. everything works fine. but until i activate the seo plugin from yoast the blog type shows very strange things. is there a problem with this plugin? Regards frobi

Is it me or anyone else is having a problem with Save Button? No matter what I add, text, picture, I can’t save the module. Cancel and X works, but not Save.

Great theme! How do we enable VC Front end editor? any why specifically was it disabled, our client rely on the front end editor feature.
Also there appears to be an issue with the Staff Shortcode not working with background images/colors on rows when used both on the same page

Great theme again! Found a couple bugs on the theme, would like to report them so you can improve the theme, but will not be buying support as this is just me delivering a message to you.
The testimonials shortcode has a field labeled quote=”” when you put links in that field using VC it breaks because the Double Quotes in the links.
The Staff shortcode has issues with row backgrounds on the same page

We have some customers using Polylang plugin, the only thing you need to know is that you won’t have the language dropdown you see on the demo ( this is done with the WPML plugin ).
For the forum, we don’t have any recommended plugin.

You can find your license code of our theme in your download page, where you can download the theme, you can choose to download the license.
For the “Layer slider” and other premium plugin you can’t “activate” the auto update and support but this is not needed.

Since few days i am having s strange display on all my pages. I have updated the latest version of FOX as well. Did not notice earlier until clients pointed it out. if you login to http://www.nawazflavourofindia.com.au , at the bottom of the page below the footer you get large shopping cart icon followed by empty shopping cart information.
Is this the bug in the them? you do you get ride of it .

Also, i had exact issue as one of the user above had. Similar to the user Jdar1906, i also face the same issue. { I keep running into issues trying to customize this theme. For example, I tried turning off the footer by telling it NOT to show. I am unable to save and publish because I’m slapped in the face with a “Setting does not exist or is unrecognized” error. Please let me know if there is a solution for this.}
Please resolove both these issue ASAP. looks like a bug in the them. The issue arose after i think i update the theme some time ago.

We checked your site but don’t see the error you are talking about, we also see that you are using a lot of custom plugins.
First make sure your server is using the settings we recommend.
Try to disable your additional plugins to also make sure it’s not a plugin conflict.

If you buy the theme you will be able to import all the pages in 1 click and use the same layout you see on our demo site but since the images are under copyright they will be replaced by placeholder
The slider though are included with the images.
