Hello, I install the theme, but after upload the demo content for the “product site” the icon font don`t will be shown also some pictures will not be shown. What`s happened? How can I solve the problem….? Thank you so much!

Oh, forgot to mention that you will find settings files and icon fonts inside the full theme package in the “Pre-made Websites” folder.
It lags for a second both down from the header and back up to it. Also, the header jumps at the same point is slows down on the way back up to the header.

Because the menu on our main demo is humongous! You’ll hardly ever encounter such issue on a real-world website with a menu of adequate size.

Officially – no, since there are minor visual issues like arrows facing wrong directions, etc.
However many buyers are using The7 successfully for their RTL websites.
I’m facing an issue with the “advanced carousel”. I can’t get it to work properly, moreover, there’s no “advance carousel” dedicated documentation which I may read and work on myself.
1. The Carousel doesn’t show revolving items, even though I’ve arranged settings as such.
2. When I operate advanced Carousel in the vertical orientation, there’s no spacing between the elements. [http://cheersapp.co.in/ (mobile-view)]

Hi there, love the theme, but im stuck on a few things…. the tables are VERY complicated to setup, like i want a table with 2 colums second collumn needs to be split into 3 so that i can add text etc, doesnt want me to do that…....and also when i open the site on smartfone, everything gets squished up and not organised neatly…...........the option to embed a video onto a page is non existent, this i feel is important for my site yet these are the elements missing to complete my site, im now having to look into purchasing an external plugin just for that…....not wat i was hoping for.

My best guess is for some reason your custom CSS file is not being embedded properly. Maybe it’s above the theme native CSS and theme overwrites it..

thanks guys for getting back, but I am using child theme straight from download, no alteration has been made. My only query is when I am using the child theme, isn’t the theme configured to load the child theme css to load last and override anything before that?

The menu doesn’t appear on few phones like Samsung 4, Samung Galaxy nexus, LG-E971. We have purchased your theme twice as we didn’t face any such problems earlier and we loved the theme. Now our client for whom we made the site is really upset with us because of this issue and the site is already up. We also noticed that even your demos also are not mobile responsive. The menu of your demos also doesn’t occur on the above mentioned phones. I guess the problem is with your updated version of the 7. We have the websites with older version of the 7 which we don’t have any issues. We were no changing menu behavior, since The7 v.3. Please contact our guys at support (support.dream-theme.com) – there’s a small chance that some bug crept in.
However most probably issue is caused by old Android phones proprietary browsers. I guess they just don’t work normally with flexboxes. IMO the best strategy here is to ask your client to install the Chrome for Android and use it default. Otherwise you will be getting all sorts of troubles with that client as he discovers more and more issues: no theme/plugin developer is going to optimize for old browsers.

We’ve just checked that site on Samsung Galaxy S7 and Asus Nexus tablet. Header works just fine. Either Chrome on that LG is desperately outdated (like 3 years outdated) or it’s not a Chrome but a proprietary browser masked as chrome.
Regarding http://canadachildcarecentre.com. It uses the 1st generation of The7. It’s over 2 years old by now and does not allow all the header variations that modern The7 does.

But now, we see another problem raised after we updated our theme to latest version. i.e, when we click on the custom menu of the sidebar, the menu link is getting cutting off/or not appearing fully.
In the inspect element when we remove the -webkit-text-fill-color:transparant; , from the below code, it works fine. To have clear idea of my issue, please click on http://narchitecture.com/residential/ and then click on any link from the sidebar. for example if you click on http://narchitecture.com/single-family-residential-pickering-1813-grayabbey-court/
you will see that the link on left sidebar appears only half.
And we don’t see this problem on firefox, but this is appearing on chrome. We think that this is a browser issue.

Hi! In my web I want two direfents pages that shows differents porfolios (by category) Page A show all the items from this category and Page B shows only the category B items. But when I click in one of the items, for example an A item, and navigate through the “next” and “prev” shows all the porfolio items. There is a way that only shows the category itemes in this navegation? Thanks a lot!

On a plus side. You’ll have to waste only 60 seconds and couple of mouse clicks for automatic plugins update. Instead of doing the job manually. Is it a bad thing?
