Hello! I have Chandelier 1.2.1 installed. After installing WP 4.7.2 slider at the top is not loading anymore. How can I install last update of your theme without all my current settings loss? Do I have to replace some specific files in theme directory, or all of theme? Thank you

If you have not changed theme files, you can update theme as per this explanation:
You just need to update your theme to the latest version we released 1.6, then update Visual Composer to 5.0.1 we included in it, and clear cache, and everything will be fine again.
1. Theme update

a. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
b. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
c. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
d. Install the plugin and then activate it
3. Clear browser cache

Hi, ive just purchased this them and im trying import demo data…i select them, option import all and include attachemenets, than i click on Import and nothing happens…progress bar is still on 0% (nothing happens after 10mins). Can u help me? WP 4.7.2, theme 1.6, child 1.0

Your issue is probably connected with the low PHP resources. In order to fix this, please increase these values or ask your hosting to achieve this for you:

I understand that my support has expired. I encounter this problem when I’m updating my sliders. I add in image, when I click update the slider, the image i added vanished. Any idea what went wrong? I tried my localhost, the slider works without problem.

I have a pre-sales question. I noticed your demo menu is not appearing in chrome on my 4k monitor. I tested it with your direct link and can confirm it doesn’t work. (http://chandelier.elated-themes.com/) It appears to be related to the size of the window. If I shrink the width and reload the website, it works perfectly. BTW, I’m on a Windows 10, Toshiba Satellite Radius 4k UHD laptop. I also noticed you have many other comments on here saying that the menu isn’t showing up in chrome. You did mention to one person that you have a css fix to make it work. Could you share that css fix with me before I purchase? I would like to use Google inspector to test your fix before I purchase the theme. Thank you. And by the way, BEAUTIFUL theme!

We can not replicate that issue on our demo on different sizes. Users had this kind of issue, since they used some 3rd party plugins, which caused issue. We don’t know why you experience that issue, but if you buy this theme and if you still have that issue after demo import we will help you for sure. Anyway, we can confirm that this works fine in this theme.

Hi there I am having serious trouble with the elated slider. If I try to change a slide (any one) or create a new slide – it will not save changes made to the background nor the subtitle nor the body text ??

phpinfo shows all the correct settings that you’ve recommended and because you can change the slide title and that works – it appears Wordpress and database are all fine.

We have not got any report from our users so far with that kind of issue. We included just our default slider and we did not updated it. Probably you use some 3rd party slider and we could not guarantee how it would work.

Can you please check the ticket I submitted last October 21, 2016.
It contains the following issues.
1. When on site with the Chandelier theme – The browser back button when click shows white/blank page.
2. Script font on Page Titles has some missing parts.
3. Header images on large screens are being cut of.
This is a long time issue that we experience and up to this moment we don’t get any good solution.
I hope you will check this issue deeper.
