Hi, a pre-purchase question here. Does your theme integrates well with a membership plugin so I can charge users to access my community.

I’ve never tested the theme with any membership plugins. I know some users have used s2Member successfully with the theme though.
For over a year now, alot of people seems to have been requesting for this same features and you’ve been giving the same answer. I really think its something you should look into. And give a more definitive answer. Now am lost as to take the risk or not with $59.
Have any themes on ThemeForest been specifically tested with s2Member? I did a search and found none.
I’m asked about whether my themes are compatible with a lot of different plugins all the time, unfortunately it’s just not possible to test them all. With s2Member in particular many of the features are premium so I would need to buy the plugin in order to test if it works.
As I say members have used the plugin (premium version) with this theme with no issues.
HELP!!! I just did an update on a plugin, now all my blog sections (including the main sliders) are showing as NO ITEMS FOUND. I submitted a Ticket. I just really need help ASAP

The theme doesn’t have this functionality. You’ll need to look into using a plugin like WooCommerce which is compatible with this theme. WooCommerce have vendor extensions so users can add their own products like Etsy.

By default members cannot upload files to forums or groups.
You can use the GD bbPress Attachments plugin to uploads files to forums.
You can use the rtMedia plugin to allow members to upload to groups.
Good theme overall. But the biggest issue is mobile speed is crawling, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix it without breaking all the JS files.

When you say mobile speed, what do you mean? The speed a website loads on a mobile is only going to depend on the internet connection speed available at the time, it’s not inherently slow because it’s on a mobile.

Your site loads instantly for me on my mobile, but that’s probably because I’m connect to Wifi. But that’s my point your site’s only going to be slow on a mobile if the internet speed is slow. You say you’ve applied all the speed optimisation guidelines, but I can see you haven’t minified any of your content which would improve your mobile page speed score.

If you click on the menu Magazine, you can see slide shows .In the slideshows, along with the main slide, the products are there for sale .For example ,if your clink on shoes, it will take you to the page where you can buy it. Hi, i’m looking to update my site, currently running Buddy, to this theme. I have a few questions please.
1. Are Gravatars the only option for profile pics? we have lots of members who’ve uploaded profile photos already in your old theme.
2. Sidebars. The demo doesn’t show any sidebars on Buddypress pages. Can we have left & right sidebars on activity, groups, profile and forums?
3. Visual Composer. I’m not a fan and would rather avoid using it if possible. How extensively is it used in the demo? Which elements and can they be created without VC ?
I think that’s all, the theme looks superb!

1) Uploaded how? If they used BuddyPress plugin then all the avatars will still work in Socialize if you’re still using BuddyPress.
2) Yes absolutely.
3) The homepage is built using the Visual Composer, so you won’t be able to generate the Slider, various post displays and Activity element on the homepage without it.

All your post, pages, images and categories will still show up on the site, but any theme or post/page options you’ve set in Buddy such as the layout, image sizes will not work in Socialize as it uses a completely different framework.

This theme definitely works with BuddyPress – it’s a BuddyPress theme after all. Nobody else is having this issue and you’ve had the theme for a long time now, so something must have been changed on your site to cause this issue. When we have already bought theme plugin (Captcha by BestWebSoft), That captch is working in wordpress login form. Now i need use to also in Buddypress Registration . How can i install and enable ? I cannot enable .Can you please help me.

This is not a theme plugin, it’s just a plugin that the theme supports/recommends. I suggest contacting the Captcha developers and they should be able to help you, as this is theme related. 
Hi. I host a avid BuddyPress and bbPress Website which has come to ages (looks terrible). If i activate this theme, will all the data in BuddyPress and bbPress remain without problem? I’m webdeveloper, so the rest is no problem. But i need to know if there will be hastle to migrate the data or it’s just a matter of activating the theme and customize it. Wordpress, Buddypress and bbPress are all up-to-date. Thanks!!

When you switch themes, no data is migrated or moved. It just stays where it is. All your BuddyPress/bbPress data will remain because you’re still using these plugins – this has nothing to do with the theme really. So the answer is yes, you’ll still see all this content.

Is it possible for me to change the homepage banner to display the latest photo or video posts by users? Maybe out of the 3 blocks, 2 blocks will show 2 users’ latest video or photo post, and the 3rd block will show product from shop.
The theme does not have these options unfortunately. You’ll need to hire a developer to add this feature.

Is it possible to edit the layout such that the image and video posts will display full width across a mobile device? Currently the posts are side-by-side with the user’s profile pic and they look real narrow.

Are you referring to the BuddyPress activity posts? If so, this can be done with a few small CSS changes.

As you notice, my support has expired. I don’t know why this is happening.
This is unlikely to be a theme bug since nobody else has reported this issue and until recently I assume you didn’t have this issue? It’s probably a server or plugin conflict. However I’d need to spend time looking into it which will require you renewing your theme support.
