Hi I am using a child theme and if I copy the contact_form.php to my child theme the contact form no longer works. Console throws an internal server error. Please can you make your code work in a child theme please or else how can we hide or change label on the contact form?

Your theme ships with a critical security issue. When are you going to release a new version with safe php mailer scrtipt please?
The php mailer will be removed in next version which should be available very soon. We’re making last improvements and will release an update.
Why not issue an urgent patch NOW based on your last update but with a secure version of php mailer? People are buying a theme that hasn’t been updated for over 7 months and has a critical security issue in it?
OK I have downloaded latest phpmailer from github and that works fine and also fixes the problem I had moving contact_form/php to child theme folder….

I purchased this about 3 months ago and just now getting to use the theme. Right now I am not currently being supported for this item. Could any one tell me how I can get Row Stretch activated? Theme is including Visual Composer and Pricing Tables plugins but you don’t need to use them if you don’t like to. Both plugins are available on theme license (included with theme package) and you don’t need to purchase them separately.
Hello, Mr/s. I’ve bought a Wordpress theme “MediCenter – Responsive Medical WordPress Theme”. As you know, it has a build-in Visual Composer and when I tried to update Wordpress to the version of 4.7.2, all the theme’s styles have broken down. It was found out, that it occurs because WPBakery Visual Composer (v. 4.12) is not updated. This module is promoted by the In-Stock License (Theme Integration), but we don’t know about this and there wasn’t any information about it when we bought this theme. Futhermore there is no possibility to update this module in this theme. Unfortunately, we have no opportunity to contact the QuanticaLabs’ support because our support period has gone. What can you suggest us to solve this problem?

I am having issues with Visual Composer not functioning properly on the back end (can’t see “backend editor” or “frontend”), is this an issue in the current version of the theme? I will update it if not but I need to make sure no design elements will be lost first.

I am about to purchase this theme, but I have a few important questions:
1) Does it support member login? 2) Can I add a second, vertical menu? 3) Can I add icons to menu and accordion componnonets? 4) Can I add search & filter to a page?

1. You need to use some external plugin for that purpose.
2. Theme is including styles for vertical menu. You just need to use WP Custom Menu component and set ‘vertical_menu’ class for it.
3. Only with custom code. Theme doesn’t provide settings for that.
4. Search is available, for example on this page: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes/medicenter/blog/ What kind of filter would you like to have?

The purpose of the filter is to filter out the list by entering a few letters of search object.
P.S. Going back to the first question – I take it is possible, but with an external plugin only?
