Quick Question.
If I install this theme in a sub folder like domain.com/jobs will this create problems with wp job manager or jobify? The only problem I noticed was the home page button. I had to add /jobs/find-a-job in the text box section. Is this my only problem or is there potential for a lot more problems with paid listings, etc…
Should I install via jobs.domain.com instead for compatibility issues? I really don’t want to though.

There should not be an issue. The only issue I do see is that by default Jobs can be accessed through the URL: http://your-site.com/jobs/—this page will feature the job listings by default. I would suggest using something else other than “jobs”.

Hi, I’ve just purchased your theme. In your manual you talk about installing Child theme. I’ve uploaded the ZIP file to my server but when I do the install there is no option to install Child theme.

The child theme is automatically created when you import the content of our demo. Under Go to “Getting Started” and complete the first two steps. After for “Choose a look for your site” click import and the content of your website including the Child theme will be set up.

Hey, about to buy this theme.
One question tho, it says in your description that we can “backfill jobs with Indeed” what does that mean?
Are we able to import thousands of jobs from Indeed right away and make money with their referral program? Please elaborate.

Jobs from Indeed are just backfilled on your website. The plugin will display jobs posted on your website. These jobs are not imported and stored on your website but are just displayed.
Indeed jobs are listed in a similar format to your own jobs with the exception of linking through to Indeed (with your affiliate link) instead of going to a single job description on your site.
You will be able to create an affiliate link through Indeed if you wish. Please visit the plugin page for more : https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/indeed-integration/

Hi, I installed a tool for recordings and I can see that the page loads the jobs very slow, so the users left before they read the jobdescription, especially on mobile phones: https://nachhaltige-jobs.ch/nachhaltigen-job-suchen. Anyone the same problem? There are just logos and no big pictures. If I login into Google Webmaster Tools > PageSpeed Insights, it recommends me to minimize the size of the template.

Right now your pages seem to load fine. Did you disable the plugin? I know we do not offer support for any recording tool or plugin. If your pages load slowly it might be due to the plugin.

Yes, it is possible to remove the map from the Job Results page. You will need to change the page template to remove the map.

Answer:Using our Private Messages plugin only logged in users can message each other dirrectly.
Question: 2. Could you pay through the site to the employee?
Answer: Using the Resume Manager plugin and WC Paid Listings plugin you can charge employees to submit their resume.
Question: 3.Could you add images to your resume?
Answer: You can customize the submission form to allow images to be uploaded by the user.

Hi,
I have a jobify installation on my site and I’m testing everything.
I realize that on a Job post page, if I click on ‘Apply for job’ it shows me a popup to contact the person.
The thing is that the email from the author of the post is not receiving any email. I receive a confirmation email that I sent the message, but the author doesn’t receive anything.

My question is how could I fix this issue or what configuration I’m missing?

At this time it is not possible out of the box. You can add a custom field using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin and then have it output on a widget.

At this time you can filter by Job Category but, it is not possible through the theme to filter by Salary. You will need to add a salary filter for the theme.

Out of the box Jobify or the WP Job Manager plugin do not have a solution to charge candidates for job applications. Users can be charged only if they submit resumes and jobs when using the WC Paid Listings plugin.
You can use Restrict Content Pro in order to restrict content from users. See here: http://jobify.astoundify.com/article/994-restrict-widget-output-based-on-subscription-level

Unfortunately, I have not personally tried that add-on or do we have any support for it. Although that may be the case, just like bbPress that we do not officially support, Jobify uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

In order to charge users to submit their resumes, you will need the Resume Manager plugin. After adding the plugin you can create a listing package for resumes.

At this time Jobify does only display all companies through the Company Index page. Allowing users to view all jobs per Company see here: https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/companies/
