do you have vertical menu option ?

Hi there,

I am afraid not. You can use a third party plugin for this.

How i can pinch-to-zoom on product images on mobile?

Hi there,

I am afraid this is not possible with the default Flatsome template. You will need a bit of customization to achieve this.

any plans to add yelp icon in the future?

I’ll pass this on to the development team. I cannot make any promises

Anybody been successful at moving the cross-sell items below the checkout button in the cart?

Hi there,

I am afraid you will need a bit of customization to achieve this.

Hey guys! Got a question If a category in the shop sidebar has subcategories, the arrow moves the figures with product quantity to the left. Is it possible make these arrows switch places with product quantity figures? my site: https://smart-tie.com.ua/

Hi there,

I am afraid this will require a bit of customization to achieve.

HI i’m having an issue with my website. I’m noticing the fonts are alot larger than what it appears when i’m editing the website. Especially on product names. Please let me know if you can help me out. Thank you

Here is the website. https://azarman.com/

Hi there,

Please elaborate in an email via https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support and we’ll look into it.

Hi there,

I’ve bought the theme recently and it works awesome! Looks really good. I’ve only got one problem with the grid display on mobile devices.

In the UX builder the example for mobile devices shows like this: http://i.imgur.com/Sp1tega.jpg (and that’s how I want it to look), but on an actual mobile device, it shows like this: http://i.imgur.com/U022pbY.jpg

I’ve played with the height option only for mobile (from standard 600px all the way down to 50), but that doesn’t make a difference….

Would appreciate a tip on what to do! Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

To have multiple columns next to each other on mobile, you will need to edit the width of the grid column. Please contact us via https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support if you are still having issues.

hello guys, your support is 1a, got little question: works your theme with this? https://codecanyon.net/item/blog-manager-for-wordpress/9982292?s_rank=3

Unfortunately, until now there is no official compatibility testing with that plugin. But, the Flatsome theme uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

Hello. any reasons why the main fonts can’t have a subset specified? I would do that via code but it would be great to have the option added since it is already possible for the alt-text in theme options… Thank You

Hi there,

I will share this with the development team right away.

Having issues with the UX builder not loading – I think its a plugin issue (Types by Toolset) but wondered if anyone else had found a fix? I’ve upped the memory on the site but it hasn’t helped.

Have tried in Safari, Firefox and Chrome – same issue across all so it’s not that, thanks for the suggest though DJ_Northern_Monkey!

Sorry to hear that Types by Toolset is not compatible with our theme.

Shoot us an email via https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support and we’ll see what we can do.

I can’t make any promises.

Hi there,

I am afraid there is no setting to do that at the moment. You will need to customize the theme to achieve this.

password reset feature is not working properly on this theme. Fromt comment search I see many others have same issue with this theme. Is there a solution to why the password reset functionality is not working?

Hi there, what version are you on?

3.2.5

hello? havent received any response .. this issue is still ongoing. thank u

whats the child theme for? do I need to install that?

Hi there, you only need a child theme if you’re planning to override templates files or functions :)

Is it possible to hide the date, author and category from blog posts like on the demo site?

This CSS should do the trick .entry-meta, .entry-category{ display: none; } Place the code in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS

Hi Guys,

Just wondering is it only me or something…

Seems that with latest Firefox update, animations included in your theme started to behave strange, aka bounce around, show misplaced, animate only partially and only finishing after mouseover.

I’m working on 52.0 version of Firefox atm. If you use that version and go around your demo pages, I’m sure you’ll notice what I mean.

Can you confirm there’s some issue? And if there’s – is there something you can do to fix it, or is it bugged Firefox again?

Yea… Looks like Mozilla guys are getting more strict as to what they would allow or not :-( Finding myself more & more convinced to stop using it for developing (after all the years). Good luck! Hope you can make it all work on your side.

Hey there,

Happy to let you know that latest 52.0.2 version of Firefox brought the fix by the looks of it, so all the animations etc work fine again! :-)

Fingers crossed that it stays like that…

All the best guys.

Awesome :) Thanks for letting us know!

Hello,

Any way to increase the viewport for my mobile view? I want the website to look the same way when I look at the website on an iPhone 6 horizontally (667px).

Hi there,

You will need to customize the theme to achieve this.

Hi,

Could you point me in the right direction? Which file(s) would I need to customize?

Not trying to be annoying but a reply to my question(s) would be appreciated.

Is there a masonry style layout for blog posts listing or load more kind of style cards like Impreza?

I can see it on the demo page but there is nothing in documentation on how to actually do it

Hi there,

You can set the masonry style layout in Theme Options > Blog > Blog Layout > Posts Layout and select Three Col.

Hello,

Is there any way to show Title and Description for a Category page?

Hi there,

Yes, there is :). To display the title go to Theme Options > Shop > Category Page > Header and check on Show Title. The theme displays the category description by default, you can set it in Products > Categories > Edit Product Category > Description

How do you change the color of the checkout button label in the sidebar checkout? When I press on cart in the header, the sidebar checkout menu appears and the checkout button is #666 and I would like to change it to #fff. I’ve tried checking the css and added ”.button.wc-forward:not(.checkout):not(.checkout-button) {color: #ffffff;} .button.checkout {color: #ffffff;} .woocommerce a.button {color: #ffffff;} button checkout wc-forward {color: #ffffff;}” but it didnt seem to work. Please help.

This CSS code should change the color of the checkout label to white .wc-proceed-to-checkout a, .checkout.wc-forward{ color: white; } Place the code in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS

Its still not working for me. Still showing grey.

Hi there,

Please send a link to your site via Support and we’ll take a closer look at the issue.
