Please make sure that you are using the latest version of theme and all plugins as well including WP.
If yes, then please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile Default CSS section >> Click the save changes button >> then click the Theme CSS Button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button.

There is no option in the theme to hide the contact information of the header on the mobile screens. You have to use the custom CSS code to hide this.

Oh that sad… it was the only way to import all the demos on one site to see exactly how all the pages of all the demo site where done.
One option that’s missing from the current demo import is that you can only import one demo. Having one licenses you cant install the other demos on different dev sites to see how the other demos are done.
I feel like there is a lack of documentation explaining all the porto VC elements. Most of the Porto support team will say to import the demo page that has that porto VC element to see how its setup. But by doing this will mess up our site if we have pages or menus that has the same name as the demo. One way of fixing this would be having porto do youtube tutorials about there Porto VC elements as some other theme craters on Envato do.
Would be nice if Envato license would let us run a live site and a dev site with one license. There one end produce term is misleading and a gray-zone (my 2 cents).
An other way to help us all learn Porto theme faster in my opinion is if you could setup a one website with all the demos and letting us login to see how the backed of the pages are done. Having WP reset to the default demo setting every 30min to erase what ppl would modify. i see this a lot on the web too.

The good thing is that you can use the single license for the live site and dev site at the same time. There is no limitation of the license for the dev site.

There is no need to add the code to change the main menu for your site. Please go to Appearance >> Menu >> Select the menu which you want to use as a main menu for your site >> In the last of the page you will see some option to set the menu as a main, sidebar and more. http://prntscr.com/eijpzs

You can change the H1 to div from : wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php and find the H1 tag and change into div or whatever you want.

If you want to translate this word and other English words then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files.
If you are not able to do that then please give us WP admin and FTP login details of your site and hosting so we will do it for you.

I would like to change the way the products are displayed on category pages and via the porto product shortcodes.
Currently a product is displayed with – the product name under the image – the rating – a “quick view” button
I think this is too busy for my simple design.
How can I change that?
