Hi,
I’m interested in your theme but am unsure of three functions.
1) Is there a color swatch option available on the collection page so customers can preview colors on an item without going to the item page itself?
2) I can’t find an example of item that has a lot of product photos. Is there a scroll bar for the photos when there are too many to show on the page? Or does the page stretch super long for them?
3) Does the sidebar filter use “OR” or “AND” rules for multiple selections?
For example, if I pick Size Small and Large, would the filter spit out all ANY item that has Small or Large available?
Or would it spit out only items that have BOTH Small and Large available?

Thank you for your attention!Regarding your questions,
- The color swatches only display on product detail page. But If you buy your theme, we will add it for you. Of course, it’s free
- For your question, if product have many images, the left sidebar will be scrolled so that you can choose image for viewing on large image.
- The sidebar filter is using AND for multiple selections

Thank you for keeping in touch with us!- We only show all colors of product on product-item and Customer have to go to detail page for viewing full change of color or other options.
- The filter of products is working base on product’s tags. This is non-app filter thus it’s simple. We can not change filter function to “Or”
- Shopify does not support sub-categories. You should custom for implementing the sub-category on collection page
- We will change it for you after buying theme

Very pretty theme with a lot of functions, before I make purchase, I notice that the page has hideme affect which shows content when scroll to certain position. Can I disable it? I want every element to be shown one page is open.

I have purchased this theme and is has a glitch in the mobile menu system. When you create a cascading dropdown it works great on the desktop but on the mobile its doesnt function. Next, their support center doesnt work either. I created a ticket several days ago and I have yet received a response. I paid extra for support and Im not receiving it. If I dont hear back from your team I want a full refund. Your products speaks loudly when we report a bug and you dont respond to your clients. Very unprofessional.

Are all the following features included in your theme, or must I still purchase them separately? And can I disable them as I please with an on/off switch or is coding required?

Now if you click on list view and again go to any other category so it goes to grid view but shows product in list view. I have a main collection as ‘Electronics’ and I wish to add a sub-collection ‘TV’ under it. So the URL for the Electronics will be www.mysite.com/collections/electronics, and the for TV subcategory, it will be www.mysite.com/collections/electronics/TV. Do you know how to achieve that using this theme? Do I need to modify the code?

Shopify does not support sub-collection. If you want, we need change source code on theme and can not implement sub-collection url as your request.

Thanks for your reply. I have 5 main collections now, and plan to have 8 sub-collections under each main collections. Since having sub-collections is impossible in shopify, I will have 40 collections which sounds quite ridiculous. And it kills SEO as well, as having nested breadcrumbs and landing page of each sub-category will be very good for SEO and this just can’t simply be achieved in Shopify!
How come a multi-billion $$$ public company like Shopify cannot get this simple feature figured out – sooooooo ridiculous! It’s so easy to add sub-categories (even sub-sub-categories/nested subcategories ) in any other CMS systems like WordPress, Joomla etc – Shame on you, Shopify, Shame on you!
BTW, by modifying the code, can you or can you NOT implement sub-collection URL as I requested?
