Please issue a refund for the purchase of this piece of —. I have gone through a fresh install several times and I keep getting a blank Admin page due to:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'WooUserRolePricesBackendFestiPlugin' not found in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-prices-by-user-role/common/backend/WooUserRoleDisplayPricesBackendManager.php on line 4If your theme is relying on other plugins, you should be constantly verifying that your theme continues to work with the other plugins.
It really pisses me off that I am not able to install / use something that I had just purchased. Another thing I do not appreciate: WC Vendor Recommended. I was planning on using this theme with Dokan. I purchased another theme that works with 3 Marketplace plugins. It does not Recommend one plugin over the other.

Switch off this plugin. I don’t provide support for any plugin and maybe this plugin is not compatible with your php version. If you find any theme issues you can contact me via my ticket system
Is the theme designed to use the plugin: yes or no? What design is loss due to the plugin being removed? If the plugin is not required, then remove it from the requirements.
What about the WC Vendor nag? I have another site using WC Vendors Pro, this one is for Dokan.
And what about this nag: Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!
This plugin is not required. I saw such problem on php 7.x, but most of customers use php 5.6. I just provide pack of plugins and you decide use or not.

I am using PHP 5.6.30. So you want to try again? Have not gotten into 7 yet, too new.
If you knew there was a problem with the plugin, why don’t you mention it during the install or in the doc somewhere or maybe just remove it all together? Funny how you don’t mentioned “some of these the plugins included with this theme may or may not work. Buyers beware.”
Thanks for the install / upgrade info. That would be real cute to have theme update and then quit working because of some plugins. I would suggest you remove the plugins that you know there is a problem with as recommended plugins.
“simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration” ... yeah, I can ignore it however just seeing it all the time is annoying. I have several another themes that are distributed with VC and Ultimate where the nag is not display. I would suggest you learn how to remove it or filter it out.

I have few issues with Wordpress theme as mentioned below and it will be great if you can response back asap.
1): I have installed the fantastic theme and wanted to start with interior theme by importing dummy data , it process and says complete but there is nothing on home page. i have installed all required plugins as requested on theme but still no data is showing.
2): Prior to purchase this theme, i had requested to know how to rename flatastic theme name and been advised by your support team just rename zip file and it should work but it didn’t work.
3): When i have installed theme, it didn’t install plugin called “WPML Multilingual CMS ” how to do that and is it the cause can’t import dummy data?

Hey Monkeysan. I have a presale question. In classic demo, in the vendor dashboard on Dokan, when creating a product there is an issue when defining the product category. It seems that the dropdown isnt acting properly, is that fixable?. Furthermore, in the settings of the vendor dashboard, at the buttom of the page the two options:
Email: Show email address in store More product:Enable tab on product single page view
seems to be missing their checkboxes.
The issues got to be theme caused since the above issues isnt a problem in other themes.
I find the theme really exciting and want to buy it, but need to know if theese problems can be easily fixed?

Hello, I’d like to make a suggestion. Please include in the demo data import area, a way to clear all imported data. There is so much data to import, sometimes my BlueHost account fails and gives me a 405 or 500 error and then I only have HALF of the demo data installed.
If I install the demo data again, I have some duplicates. If I don’t, I have to delete everything manually which is very time consuming.

Bug report. File includes/functions-core.php, line 10 change ‘templates/’ to ‘includes/templates/’. Otherwise you can’t override template files in child theme

Hi, you have to search special plugin for this. You don’t find theme with such feature. If you want to know my opinion – I would create filter with cities where you can filter products by cities
