FYI the issue… all the the custom css on child theme does not load, but the same code loads when it’s placed inside theme options > custom CSS.

hi guys , have some small problems with the theme but nothing serious.
1. the hamburger menu(side-nav-on-click) option to change the color of the menu bars and the color of the bg its not working…im changing them, save and nothing….
2. the menu on the phone have the content aligned left but there is no option to align it center….it’s that possible?

1. It sounds like either theme cannot create a dynamic CSS file OR there’s extremely aggressive caching on your server.

This means that your code was already used to register another website.
Try to remember, maybe you have a development version of your site and you activated it with your code (you’ll have to de-activate it in this case)? Or is there a possibility that somebody else used your code?

Hello, I love your The 7 theme, but I have a serious problem when I edit any page and update the edited page, it will be saved as post, not page. I found why this thing happened due to WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. If I deactivate this plugin, there is no problem to edit and update any page, not to change a post. But, I activate the plugin, from time to time this problem happens. Have you ever received this type of problem before from other users? It is really bugging me to make a new page again from the changed post. I need a solution for this problem ASAP.

Hi, great theme! The only issue I have is the URL for the gallery is “dt_gallery”, is there any way to change this? Also, I want users to be either to like or rate the images, is this possible with the theme or is there any compatible plugins you can suggest?

I updated the theme but I can not update “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” also on the plugin section the “WPBakery Visual Composer” appear as outdated.

Hi, congrats on the great template. I’m almost done editing it, but the problem is I can’t figure out how to change the language in the contact form and in the date format on my blog posts. I changed the language in all titles and labels, but when it comes to the internal area of the contact form (for ex: *Name *Subject *Message) everything is still in English. Please let me know how to change this as soon as possible, because I’m on a tight deadline. Thanks in advance for the quick reply and congrats again on the awesome theme.

Pre-purchase question. I am interested in buying The7, because I am interested in the theme Marketing Agency. But I’ve read a lot of comments that users had problems with the resource load and the delay in loading the page. Is it not possible to request a few days trial of the theme? Anyway, I think that the theme Marketing Agency should not be late for loading many resources, because it does not have ecommerce or very complex add-ons like maybe other themes of The7…

I’ve read a lot of comments that users had problems with the resource load and the delay in loading the page.
Can you please specify where have you been reading these comments? There were only few of them in theme official comments section. And, to my knowing, all issues that user experienced were resolved by correct page caching and server setup.

You can have place “Home, Us and Contact” menu to the top bar and “Sports, Politics and Technology” to the main menu area. But that will not be a full-fledged “double navigation”.

I was referring to Developer License for plugins in that comment. But I do not know a thing about Developer license for themes..
