I am trying to update our theme to the most recent version and I am getting a 500 Error when trying to login. Here are the details:

Most probably you didn’t update Visual Composer to its latest version, please update Impreza, and all 3d party plugins to their latest versions, and check once again.

how do i get the latest version? i have 1.0.1 and i just updated the theme to the latest version..
but how should the multilingual header builder work? What i need is that the logo links only to one language and i need that in any language it links to the home page of that language.

Pre Sale Question: I tested your theme and I loved it, but I need create a split menu, and in your test drive I could not do it. The theme does not have this option? If not, Is the theme compatible with the Hero menu plugin?

Can you please be a bit more specific, what do you mean by split menu? Most probably you can accomplish that with Additional Menu item of Header Builder.

Hello. The test drive site, where we can get log in’s to check out the back end of a working Wordpress site for the Impreza theme. – under the Header Builder area it says it needs to be activated to be used. Yet in the plugin area it says its activated. As it is now, I am unable to play with the Header Builder and would really like to as I am considering buying the theme. I need more control over navigation styling of the menu items and need to be sure the Header builder can do it. Is there something on my end that needs to be done to get the test drive site to work? Test drive site is fantastic by the way, it will sell your theme all on its own, great user experience,Thank you!

Hi there, think I’m going crazy but can not find a way of having more than one set of testimonials with carousel.
I have themed pages and would like to have four different sets of testimonials with carousel effect.
Seems I can only have one set of testimonials with carousel effect. Is this really so or am I missing something?

Hi I am optimizing my website for mobile using the hide row in effects.
The workflow I’m using is as follow. I have 2 different rows one (the regular) for desktop and other (the optimized version) for mobile. On the desktop row I hide the mobile devices and on the mobile row I hide the desktop devices. This really works great!
But I found a problem when using desktop browsers which is, when I resize my browser to a window smaller than usual all rows disappears and only are again displayed correctly when I refresh.
Is there a good method to automate this? Like when the browser window is resized the rows\site refreshes?

Hi, Unfortunately it looks like I can’t do it :(“You can’t create new tickets because your support for Impreza has expired”... By the time I purchased I dint knew that the support for the theme started right after the buy, and because of that I left the support expired… I should had bought the theme when I was starting my website, not when I as planning on doing it.. I really love the theme the only thing that is bugging me off is this weird behavior. I would really love if you could at least point me in some kind of direction so that I could try and solve.

This has the same effect that the hide row. I used the in Extra class name “vc_hidden-xs” it works alright, but I need also a way to show another row at that screen resolution. Just like, disable row “x” at 768px and below and enable row “y” at 768px and below.

UPDATE: Everything is working “kinda” property! I just noticed that the problem is in the fancy text. The rows are toggling as expected the only issue is that after the toggle the fancy text is not displayed.
Why is that? Is this a bug? Everything else is working great!

Currently have low pagespeed scores with this theme. I have used other themes and can get higher scores.
Can you help me achieve faster speeds.
typical problems: Render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content not prioritizing visible content not leveraging browser caching
First one I don’t know how to fix. Second, not sure what that means. Does that pertain to image or text content? Last one: I’m using wp super cache but pagespeed still say I’m not leveraging browser cache.
Again, it’s just this theme. Perhaps I have my settings wrong.

Does Impreza work with wordpress 4.7.3? I just install a fresh wordpress and Impreza theme and when I make changes it doesn’t do anything. The only thing that I can change are the menus.

There is an issue with header layout with centered logo – .l-subheader.at_middle does not change height at tablet state and it has still mobile height.
By the way it is hard to use square or vertical logo in the horizontal or centered header layout because when you set mobile logo height on 50px – it does not fit in the mobile/tablet height. Square or vertical logotype smaller than 50px is too tiny to use. And maybe I do not know the way how to set?

Hi, why don’t we take an example of Real Websites Made With Impreza – please go to http://basemodelmanagement.com/ with a tablet or desktop with browser width set to 600-900px. Can you see the whole logotype?? I can see only bottom half of it.

We didn’t perform such tests yet, most probably it will work, but we’d recommend to make full backup via hosting panel before making any changes to be in safe. Then update Impreza to its latest version 4.1.2, activate your license, and update all 3 party plugins to their latest versions as well.
