I don’t like theme. Because first we say we have a lot of plugins, then no activation code. I think Dreme-Theme are a liar.

You can use all plugins that comes bundled with The7 theme without entering purchase codes or activating them.
However if you want a bit faster plugins updates, some locked features, exclusive content, dedicated support or just want to support their authors – you are more then welcome to purchase dedicated licenses.

Yes, there are actually 3-4 ways to do that.
1. Develop on your localhost. This way you can register the theme simultaneously on both localhost and production version of your website.
2. Develop in a subfolder of your production version of your website. It will allows to register the theme simultaneously on both “sites”.
3. Develop on a subdomain of your production version of your website. You’ll have to contact us to enable this feature – it will work same as 1 and 2.
4. Finally you can register a dev version of a website; de-register it when you’re done; move it to your “real” domain and register it there.
Hi there, is there a way that I can get the latest updates for this theme without using ThemeForest?
Updating through the WP platform throws out file permission errors which I cannot seem to solve.
I can update it manually through FTP no problem.

You mean you want to download the theme somewhere and install the updated version manually? You can simply download it from ThemeForest > Downloads tab. However you’ll not be able to update plugins this way.

Please help. I need to put Slider under the header menu. There are ways docummented on Your page. Content should be added in one of the sliders module. I did that. the problem is, the options for sliders are NOT APPEARING in The7 theme options…

I am experiencing very slow to unresponsive page loads. I have purchased both the VC and ultimate VC addon plugins and updated them. Their authors checked and confirmed the7 theme bundled VC are causing the issue. When will you update the theme and bundled plugins? I love your theme and get many compliments from our clients at regentscapital.com. Thank you for such a fantastic design; now just need it to function a little faster

Your site looks nice indeed. However it desperately needs optimisation!

First of all, I see tons of heavy-weight unoptimised images. E.g. your logo https://regentscapital.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/65X65-Regents-Capital-Logo-Ronly.jpg is 575KB! How is that even possible for such a small image??
Second, you need to install a caching plugin (W3TC or WPSuperCache will do) and enable the page caching.
Third, since you are using quite a bit of plugins, .js and .css files minification and merging will help a lot.
Fourth, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable server-side .gzip.
Fifth, your can use a CDN to make resources delivery more efficient.
Sixth, you have 5 “Connection error”. Try to eliminate them as well, because they may cause the page rendering delay.
Oh, and I recommend to disable “smooth scroll” in Ultimate Addons setting. Because it works really bad with Mac trackpads.

And one more thing. Ubermenu looks suspiciously good on your website. Were you performing additional customisation to make it look/work good with The7? Thanks!

I’m afraid that was a “polite” way to say “we don’t want to spend time on sorting out your problem”.
BTW, purchasing plugins was not necessary, as we push updates ourselves as soon as we test them for full compatibility with the theme.
I am having this odd behavior on page load…..the page scroll down to the bottom of the page automatically and is impossible to navigate back to the top….I am having this issue with trackpad navigation when no mouse is connected(imac) ..the weird issue only occurs with new version of the theme….when was earlier version there was no issue. any suggestions????

If page scrolls down automatically and locks there it most probably is a JavaScript-caused issue. Please check if you don’t have “smooth scrolling” enabled in Ultimate Addons settings.

Hello! Your theme seems a very good option for one of my clients, so i have a pre-sale question. Can i completly hide your brand in the wordpress admin, theme options menu etc IF you have (i do not know yet) so everywhere inside theme options will be only the name of the clients brand visible?

First, Great theme! we have used it a few times already and actually bought one of the very first copies sold on here. We are having a minor issue with a few of the premium plugins that came with it. They are out of date and we have no way to register them. Is there a license code provided cause the one that came with the theme via Evanto keeps getting declined when we try to register the plugins.

Theme purchase code is not valid to activate bundled plugins. Therefore theme authors provide plugins updates, support, etc.

Hi, I just purchased the theme, I am designing using this template on a sub-domain app.vocalviews.com before releasing on the mail domain vocalviews.com, Im worried that if I register the theme on the sub that I will then not be able to register the theme on my main domain. Please advise

You can freely register the theme on your subdomain. When you are ready with the site, simply deregister the subdomain and register your main domain. It is literally as easy as 2 clicks.

Hello! I would like to add language switcher to the header. I have WPML and the whole site is translated, but the WPML settings only allow the switcher in the footer. Their instructions are to add peace of PHP code in the header.php, but from some of your comments I think this should already be supported. Can you help me find out why there is no language switcher in the header or help me enable it. Thanks.
EDIT: A friend bought the theme, and he asked me to help him sort this out. If he needs to open a ticked I will let him know.

There is a conflict with external TGM_Plugin_Activation class. Please turn off plugin that uses TGM_Plugin_Activation or contact our support.

You have some plugin active that uses TGM_Plugin_Activation class. You need to disable it in order to install/update bundled plugins. As soon as you done with plugins installation/update – you can enable that plugin back.

“Mega menu” is a blurred term. Please visit the main demo: http://the7.io/main/ and hover the cursor over “shortcodes” menu item. This is example of mega menu features. But it’s nothing like Ubermenu with tons of features.
Regarding Ubermenu compatibility. It is quite limited: numerous header options in The7 makes them not very well compatible. It will work, but, IMO, will not look nicely.
I have a weird issue where since the latest version, if I log out of the admin dashboard and go back to domain.com/wp-admin I just get a white screen. I googled this and found that people suggested renaming the plugin folder and trying again. I did this and it worked, then renamed it back and everything worked fine. But as soon as I log back out and try to log back in I’m getting the white screen again?
This issue appears as a white screen in firefox, but in chrome I get the following The qualitydesigns.co.uk page isn’t working

Hello, I have some problems with the menu… So, I have the ver. 4.1.0, yes I know this is a little bit old one. But I hand over the web page with the actually theme. So, my parent menus are clickable, but in the Top Bar & Header -> Submenu -> Make parent menu items clickable part is empty. Its not active. The menu is clickable on the Mobile view too!
Problem 2: The mobile menu is disappear in 2 sec. Why?
