hmm, then my case is different now. I use transparent menu and the background is dark. So i choice white color for active and hover color. However, when i scroll down the sticky header background is also white and active and hover links become invisible. That is why i prefer different hover and active link color in my sticky header.
However, i tried this css codes below and that worked for me.
.sticky-header #main-menu .mega-menu > .menu-item.active > a, .sticky-header #main-menu .mega-menu > .menu-item.active:hover > a, .sticky-header #main-menu .mega-menu > .menu-item:hover > a { color: #ff0707; }

The account login page has either the option to register a new account or login to your account. WooCommerce gives us the settings to disable registration at the login page. Your theme or form-login page always has the register option even by clicking your options to disable new accounts within your theme options, that registration option is always there.
Please take a look at this issue as it is causing serious trouble with your theme and it doesn’t comply with WooCommerce options.
Please make sure that you are using the latest theme with latest WP and Woocommerce plugin version. In our theme options, there is no option to enable or disable the registration at the login page. Where you seen this option in the theme Options?
In our theme, the registration on the login page always controls with the Woocommerce settings, not from the theme options.

I’m using the latest theme, the latest wp, the latest woocommerce. your login page always has the option of creating new accounts. In woocommerce, you have the option to disable creating new accounts but your form doesn’t support that WooCommerce option.
Now in your theme options >> menu >> show register link I thought you can handle that option there as well but either or, your form is always showing registering new customers.
I will buy the support but I would imagine you will fix that problem – will ya?

Updates issues need to addressed on new releases
When updating, all of the widgets and the sidebars are gone and we have to add them from the beginning. I never had that issue before your latest version of 3.5.0 and now it start to happen. I’m running the latest theme, I do the updates by the book and we still see that issue on 2 different sites.

Yes I took a backup, then deleted the old theme and add the new theme through the hosting file manager – everything was up to date.
Ok, then it’s strange thing happened to your site. We have not reported this type of issue in the latest theme so far.

Since the most recent update I have “Leave a reply” appearing on the bottom of a few pages and there is no way to remove it. I use your theme on many different websites and have licenses for each. Can you please resolve this issue for me so I can update my other websites without having to worry about this?
I figured out what is happening. On each page below the page content there is a discussion section with a checkbox for “Allow Comments”. Previously Porto was able to override this if you went to Porto -> Theme Options -> Page -> Show Comments toggle set to no. Now I have to go through every page and uncheck this box. Can you please fix this issue as it created a lot of work for me.

For those having this issue with the latest Porto 3.5.1 update I have a fix. Like I stated above you can uncheck the “Allow Comments” checkbox in the discussion section on each page. If you do not see the discussion section be sure to click on the screen options dropdown on the top right of the page when in editing mode for that page. You will see a discussion checkbox. Then it will appear below your content. Since I use Porto on multiple websites and was having this issue on multiple pages I found a plugin to help things along. It’s called No Page Comment https://wordpress.org/plugins/no-page-comment/ and worked great. Just uncheck comments next to pages and it disables comments on all pages. Then you can go and enable it if you want it on a specific page.

All these great updates but yet the most fundamental ability of VC rows to add gaps still doesn’t work. And creating borders as a work-around only goes so far… why do column gaps for VC work in every other theme I have but not in yours? Is this ever going to get fixed?
You don’t need my site… you have a ton of similar comments about this issue to recreate it yourself. User “jeffreytanuwidjaja” just 6 days ago posted the exact same issue and provided you screenshots (providing his screenshots again below). You’ve said multiple times to multiple people that this isn’t your issue but an issue with Visual Composer. That cannot be the case. I have VC on 20 other themes, not one of them experience this issue.
Please resolve as this is the only thing keeping me from using your theme for some clients of mine. Creation of column gaps (without faking it w/borders) is a fundamental feature in my mind and a must-have in order to proceed with your template.

If I use this theme to make a e-commerce website, does it have the option to always show SKU on the product thumbnails on shop archive page? Because my customers usually find products and place orders through SKUs/Item IDs.

Sorry you can not show the SKU on the shop page but you can showing the SKU on the single product page easily. This is the default functionality of the Woocommerce plugin.

Thanks for the reply. It would be a bother for my customers to click on many single product pages just to find the exact one they need (our marketing relies heavily on paper brochure with just images and SKUs/Item IDs on it).
I’ll check on other themes then. Hope you guys consider implementing that feature in the next update.

1) after the new update on my cart found a message:
PRARSE ERROR.SYNTAX ERROR. UNEXPECTED *IF (T_IF) IN /var/sites/e/[name of my website]/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php on line 1 Entire page freezes without access to the admin panel!
2) there is also a box leave a replay on the bottom of the home page that I cant remove for some reason. It wasn’t there before.
...and please don’t tell me to pay extra for extending the tech support as you are obligated to provide working files. In the past I was told off many times even though you supposed to deal with bugs etc.
That’s really disappointing guys, that you don’t care about people who trusted you before the point when the porto theme had so many positive comments.

When someone tells you about the problem with the released update, DO NOT IGNORE IT. Just provide a solution. As a customer, All I want is to update the theme and don’t worry about anything else. For some reason, or a greedy nature, you want me to pay extra to receive a solution for a problem CREATED BY YOU.
Do you understand the issue here? It’s not moral !! For some reason you want to argue.
I CAN ASSURE YOU that I will be here asking you to solve every problem caused by the new update as long as I have to. In some point you will realise that its not worth the time and embarrassment.
I have tried as you said and I followed the porto documentation step by step .
The error is there, every time when I add a product to the basket. Dashboard panel disappears. Below the added item I can see this
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘if’ (T_IF) in /var/sites/e/[name of my page].co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php on line 1
I have also disabled some plugins. It didn’t help. There is something wrong about the new update. I required your help to fix this problem.
Second problem that appeared with the update is the comments box that is located on the front page. Under the Appearance >> Theme Options >> Page >> the comments are already Disabled.
All the above happened just after updating Porto theme. You are obligated to provide me a solution. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Maybe i was not clear, sorry. I dont mean the URL. I mean to remove that from the page itself. You can select View 12 or View 24 or View 36 products. (then the url ends on /?count=36&paged=). I want to remove that View12/24/36 option from the pages
