Hi, The UX builder isn’t loading for any of my pages. I have done all of the suggestions posted on the help page but nothing has worked. Also, my menu drop downs aren’t working and neither is my menu button for the mobile site.

Hi, I read about a Google maps issue regarding version 2.9.5.1. I have taking over support for a webshop that is using this version and transferred it to a new domain.

The only thing is I need to connect to a new Google API key and I don’t know were to place this. In the comments I see a hotfix for 2.9.5.1 but this is no longer available through dropbox.

Is it possible to provide me this hotfix so I can get Google maps working again on the new domain.

For some reason I cannot remove the product-category from my url, whether I change the category base or install a plugin. Instead it just sends me to a 404, any ideas?

There is somehow a problem with the new flatsome responsive version and tablepress plugin. before with the old version it was working great in the category page as I was using a tablepress table as a product short description and it was showing great in the frontend of my categories page … but as I’m using now the responsive version, it is showing only the tablepress shortcode instead… example: https://www.itbswiss.com/product-category/eco-power-line-1-6-kva/ any solution for that?

when adding a product to the cart the product will add to the minicart for a second and then disappear. It will only show if I add another product but then the total is wrong.

I have disabled all plugins other than woocommerce and the problem still persists. I have reinstalled wp and reinstalled flatsome. I have tried a free theme and the mini cart is correct. Any idea what would be causing this?

The UX Builder doesn’t work (load and load…) on PHP7 (7.0.16), memory limit 1GB. I have 2 servers, and I developed the website on a server with PHP 5.6.24 (memory limit 512MB) and there everything works fine, but on PHP 7 server doesn’t.

I disabled all the plugins one by one, and still doesn’t work. I check other comments here and nothing works for me. I’m using the last version of Flatsome theme.

Can you please check this issue?
