When I attempt to Load the UX Builder, the screen stays on ”Loading UX Builder”. It will not load There are quite a few people who are having this same problem

It has been suggested to increase the memory. There are some who have tried that and it still does not work. How can I avoid this problem?

Hi there, I have problems to get portfolios in right order. Don´t know why it does not work. I have a website with 3 languages, translation with wpml. I have changed the post date and time to order it. Works for the orgininal portfolios, but not for the translation. No matter what I choose (order by date, by name or menu) it does not change

Now I have tried “Post Types Order” Plugin, but this is not shown in portfolio area. Do you have any idea how I can change the order for the portfolio items?

By the way: Would be nice if you would make this possible by adding an ID or so for it like other themes have.

Hello, I have discovered Flatsome theme some weeks ago and it has begun my woo theme. It’s the best woocommerce theme I have ever used so far, and the UX Builder is just awesome.

I have been hours looking for a simple function to integrate and I don’t know witch is the best module to do it.

I am creating a shop with one attribute filter with 2 options. I just want that after selecting an option, keep navigating trough categories pages keeping the attribute filter option active. As default, atribute option resets when changing categories.

All modules I have checked have this option, but showing all categories with checkbox, and I don’t like to navigate selecting and deselecting them.

Can you please respond to this question. I asked some time ago 2 months for a fix for multiple problema. You said that it would be fixed in the next update 2.9.7. But when is this finally released???

It’s hard to say that Flatsome is a bad theme but how is it possible that in 2017 it’s not possible to undo in your theme builder ? It’s super frustrating.

Hello. My client has a wp website developed by a previous web agency. Now I want to update the theme, but I can’t. If I go to “Flatsome->Theme License” I got this message: “A purchase code (license) is only valid for One Domain. Are you using this theme on a new domain? Purchase a new license here to get a new purchase code”. What should I do? Purchase a new licence? If yes, how will I add it in the WP backend? Thank you.

Is there any way to implement simple fix for accordion to actually scroll up to the top of clicked accordion item? Not so user friendly currently when accordion items are long. When opening next item, visitor has to scroll up to the top of it.
