Is there any way to make a header like number 4 but with logo in the middle of the menu like in the header nr 7?

Unfortunately at this time there is not, it can be done but would take several custom code edits. Currently header 7 is the only one with the split menu look. However, we do plan on making this more flexible in the future.

Hello, I have using Avada since a year. Nowadays I have install plugins called “TablePress” I can see the full table not showing in the mobile browser, Is there any suggestion to fix it? Are you all up to date with the theme and plugin and WordPress? It’s quite possible any 3 of those are at fault, or even another 23rd party plugin that is interfering. For something like this, try it out with the default WP theme to see if you can replicate, if so it’s a plugin issues for which you should get in touch with TablePress plugin author.
If it’s not, then we can take a look at it through a ticket.

There are no known vulnerabilities in our live version. If we ever find one, we fix it quickly. Security is always a concern for us.
Also, security is also something the user should keep up on/ Make sure you use a secured, well known host, and also there are many security plugins out there to add extra layers of protection for WordPress and your site in general.

Are you using the auto updater? Can you verify that your theme is registered on the registration tab? It should look like this: http://d.pr/i/iHvB
If it does and is not working, please try to register a new token, it could be something with the Envato API and a new token might work, although that should not be necessary but worth a shot.
If the issue persists, please signup at our support center and submit a new ticket. Include all the details about the issue, your site URL and version of Avada. Mmmmmmm that looks to tasty!
It’s hard to judge another design and tell you that 100% you’d be able to make that with Avada, there are so many intricacies that we cannot guarantee. But overall yes, you can get a layout similar to that, boxed mode with a background, etc … but there are some unique portions to the site, the exact curve, the way the pipes cover the boxed area, etc that could easily require custom work. However, that would be the same for any theme.

Was on 5.1.1, as in we had to revert to a backup before I updated. Everything is solid and working again, however, I have not updated back to 5.1.1 as I am too worried the site will break again. Please see my first ticket which at this point, not one person has responded to the files contained in the latest update, when comparing the prior version to this one, the plugin folder is not the same. In fact, it is missing Revolution Slider this is where the whole issue began, I got an error that said, files missing so I looked and compared prior to latest version and found very different plugin files in each, you can see my screen shots showing this. This is why I am too worried about updating back and why we used a backup to roll things back to the prior version.
To anyone reading these threads, this theme is absolutely the BEST THEME EVER!!!!!!! So, do not let this sway you as I am a loyal customer of Avada and I always will be.

Regarding the plugin directory being different, this is actually not a mistake. We’ve offloaded the plugin and demo files that used to be packaged with the theme to reduce the overall file size of the theme. You can find more details on that here > http://bit.ly/2eahzvS

After updating the Avada theme and Fusion builder today now the name of the page, the author’s name and the current time are displayed in a bar between the header and the first content element on the page. How to hide/delete this?

Just a heads up; couldn’t find you guys on Git or others to report this, and don’t have paid support -> as the theme was orig purchased from a contractor.
Could just be my install but regardless still a little odd.
Just upgraded to 5.1.2 from 5.1.1 and lost a few things. Yesterday I updated from 5.0.6 to 5.1.1 and didn’t notice the issue then; but it could have been there. I know it wasn’t there with 5.0.6.
I lost fontawesome, manually added the font and css back in to remove error. I lost icomoon – which Avada uses for its own menus; manually added it back in. Also had an issue on with Avada/includes/class-avada-google-fonts.php line 255. – my include_path was unchanged

I have the purchase key, and an API key; but when I attempt to register – for support section. It is registered to another individual – the contractor/company used originally by the company I work for before they hired me.
Thats the very same reason I can not do the FTP method; because the Avada isn’t on our companies envato account; its on his.
My understanding was he kept the account registration because we weren’t the only ‘customers’ he used the theme and or especially the account on.
Any suggestions; I know he will not want to ‘give-up’ his account.
We attempted awhile back to get envato to transfer the avada to our account; they will not, under any circumstances – so they claimed.

The last thing I wanted to do is FIX all my customers websites this day. The theme got updated and going through them all and updating a theme like Avada, I should not have to worry about fixing layout issues, menu issues, and this really made my day today! I have gotten a LOT of customers into the Avada theme. Either they purchased through my affiliate link or not, but Avada has made a lot of money from me. I do not wish to spend days fixing issues when updates get done.

Not a big deal to fix menu and a few things. Space between items, etc.. Just needed to reset. With the theme being almost perfect, it was not that bad to deal with. Just would be nice not to have to fix things next time

I believe it must have been your cache that is causing this issue, We have a new cache reset option inside Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS Tab from where you can reset the fusion cache, however we are glad to hear that you have worked this out already

Ahh, got it. You cannot g through the regular plugin screen to update the premium plugins, you need to go to Avada, Plugins and update that way. It worked finally. That is why I use AVADA cause it always gets updated, its excellent to use, and so much potential. Yeah!

Those are the correct files, but it’s possible your server limits could be truncating the update / install of the theme files. That can cause an incomplete install which will result in errors.
I see you have an active support license. If you would like one on one assistance with that, please sign up at our support center and submit a new ticket. Be sure to include all the details you have about the issue, your site URL and version of Avada.

i would like to know is it possible to have the theme installed twice 1. for development and 2. for the live website? or is it mandatory to buy 2 licence to get the exact same website ?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license. However if its a development site only accessible to developer than you can use same license as far as its not open for public.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

However if you are talking about the separation of builder as a stand alone plugin, this has already been initiated with this version and it will soon be available as a stand alone plugin on its own, tho there is no exact ETA available right now for this.

You are on a very older version of theme actually, in such cases we suggest to do a step update by first updating to a near version such as 4.0.3 and then updating from there upto 5.1.2.

Being on such an old version, one suggestion is that you make a copy of the existing installation and set it up on a Staging domain and then do the update for that environment and not the live site. When done and you are happy, you can then migrate the updated installation over to live. It is up too you

Hello , Is it possible to customize the loaded css and Java scripts that can be loaded ?
I mean if I use the theme for blog site purpose then I don’t need the full css code to be loaded which affect the bandwidth

Hi, There is a problem with the fusion core plugin. When I add a blog option in a page, and then I press in the pencil icon (to edit this box), the options of the blog appear but not works. Appears, like a grey shadow over the options. How can I do? Is an error?
