Good day team, I love this theme – i have a quick pre-purchase question for you. I would like to use the theme for a property management company and not a realtor. The one thing i am trying to figure out is if there is a way for your theme to handle a building that has 4 units for lease/sale/rent but without creating 4 seperate properties. For example if you look at this site: http://ieproperties.findspace.com/ the first building has multiple units available, can you see that being possible with your theme? Thanks for loving this theme. This theme allows you to select a property as a parent and make inside properties/units sub-properties.
However, if you don’t want to handle this situation with multiple properties then what you can do is add all unit details to one property and set multiple statuses lease/sale/rent to that one property as statuses are very flexible.

Hi, I have recently migrated my wordpress site with your theme over to GoDaddy. Everything seems to have transferred fine, except that the images do not appear on the website, and the media tab in the dashboard is showing the broken image link icon. The strange thing is when i click on the image in the media tab then click on edit image, the photo loads fine. My question is, is this issue caused by GoDaddy or the wordpress theme? I will need to renew one support, but I would like to know who will be able to fix this problem. Thank you

It seems like images broken links issue happened while you transferred your WP site. I am pretty sure this issue will be the same even if you use a default theme.

In this theme, a user can only pay for his/her properties through PayPal. In case you have to refund then you can do it from your PayPal account that will be set in the theme to collect properties payments.

2) This theme doesn’t support or require the WooCommerce plugin for the Properties Payments. It has its own PayPal payments integration for the properties.
3) You can add any custom contents on the Homepage using the Homepage content area from backend side.

Can the theme do…
Front end submission for Agents with unique multi payment plan for agents only.
Front end submission for landlords with unique multi payment plan for landlords only.
Properties listed by landlord are auto labelled with property Tag “Landlord” + “rent” or “sale”.
Properties listed by agents are auto labelled with property Tag “Agent” + “rent” or “sale”.
Users can search properties listed by Agents only.
Users can search properties listed by Owners only.
Users can search properties listed by Agents and Owners.
Also is it possible for agents to upload thousands of properties in one go? How are multiple listings of the same condo/apartment handled? For example if there is one condo with 500 units in would they come under the one listing?

Location boxes in search form are totally flexible and you can choose to display 1 to 4 locations boxes based on your needs.
Choose 1, if you want to display all locations into one select box. ( Demo is currently using it )
Choose 2, if you want to display locations like State > City OR City > Suburb.
Choose 3, if you want to display locations like Country > State > City OR State > City > Suburb
Choose 4, if you want to display locations like Country > State > City > Suburb
