Hi I have been a customer using this theme for some time now and it keeps getting slower with each update. My site actually takes so long to load, I raised issue with hosting company who confirmed my theme is the cause. Incredibly when I change my WP theme from THe7 to another my site is super quick again. Could you please explain why ?

Sure. I guess the main source of issue is not a theme but number of plugins you have installed and activated along with it. Because whe installed without plugins The7 should perform on par with standard WP themes like ThentySeventeen.

It can be done easily. You can mix, match and change demos as you like. Blog can be easily added to a one page site via shortcode, menu item, etc.
Hello. I purchased the-7 theme twice, and this is my first time to deal with wordpress. So, I got some problems.. Could you make my one theme deresister? I bought one is 10/03/2017 and the other one is 16/03/2017(today!). I want to deresister my first theme(10/03/2017). This theme connected local site and I lost all the local site! That means I cant use that site anymore and I cant deresister my theme by myself. (Iam studing wordpress.) Please help me. How can I deresister and use again my theme?

I just downloaded the latest theme update, 5.0.1, and noticed that I cannot install any of the plugins unless I enter a license code for the theme. While I don’t have a problem with that, I do keep a duplicate of each production site on my development server for obvious reasons. Does that mean that I must buy a separate license for that as well?

Of course not! You can register/de-register sites any number of times you need.
I’m not sure of your response.. I run two sites for each client, a production site and dev site I use to test changes. I don’t want to have to buy two licenses for each client, so unless you’re saying that I can use one license for both sites (is that what you’re saying?) then I’ll have to continue to keep the dev site unlicensed and just copy the premium plugins manually as they need updating.
I was saying that you can temporary unregister the “real site” and register the “dev site”. When you’re done – you can switch back.
Moreover, if you have a dev version in a subfolder of “real” site OR on localhost – you can register both sites simultaneously.
Finally if you keep the dev version on a subdomain of “real” site – we can make it work simultaneously as well.
OK, I understand the piracy implications of your policy and why you’ve gone this route but I have the production sites on the client’s domains running on a Bluehost server. The proto sites are all running on a subfolder of a prototype domain on my home server so the client can view it when necessary, so it won’t work.
I’ll just leave the dev sites unregistered and make the necessary plugin updates manually. On the positive site, it appears that now I can get update notices for the theme remotely (I use mainwp) and update remotely.

I use The7 alot, and I like this example http://the7.io/main/home/creative-home/2-creative/ demo – but I am not sure how you created the flexishape and the gradient overlay with parallax? I can’t find flexishapes anywhere on your shortcodes…

Just installed the theme. I am insterested in importing the Full Demo, however I see a note that it may be too extensive to get started and it suggests:
“Use the “Compact Dummy” instead – it has all the pages most users will ever need.”
The “Compact Dummy” is not listed in the Demo Content options thought. I am in the WP admin, Tools > The7 Demo Content.
Please let me know how I can upload the dummy content to get started.

We attempted to install the Full Demo, but it came up with an error saying “Failed”. Some of the content was loaded, but it is not complete and the frontend of the site is now disorganized.
Is there a way to wipe the demo content and start over?

Regarding booking plugins. We do not have a specific data, however The7 usually plays well with third-party plugins.

As the article suggests, you do not get dedicated purchase codes for plugins. Therefore you cannot unlock the addons.

Hi, I just installed the theme and it came with a lot of plugins… but didn’t bring the Visual Composer plugin. Did I miss something?.. what should I do? .. On the left menu appear the others but not the visual composer.. :/

No, I don’t ;( ... is not install … In the list that shows all the plugins you must install it wasn’t the Visual Composer..
OK.. Please navigate to The7 > Plugins and try to install the Composer.
It doesn’t show the visual composer plugin in that list.
In plugins to install it shows:
WPBakery Visual Composer..
In plugins installed and active:
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer External Source Recommended 3.16.9 Installed version: Active, Up to date
It shows a messages in the top of the plugins table that says:
The Ultimate addons for Visual Composer plugin requires Visual Composer version 3.7.2 or greater.
