In this case you’ll need to upload the theme via FTP or a cPanel. Please refer to Quick Start Guide for details.
Hi I´ve already upload via cPanel, but it´s zipped and with content besides the theme, where do I put that content, i`ve upload to ”...wp-content/themes” And I´ve been to Quick Start Guide, and don´t say anithing about how to upload via cPanel, and where to put the other content that comes with the theme.

You can use all plugins that comes bundled with The7 theme without entering purchase codes or registering them.
However if you want a bit faster plugins updates, some locked features, exclusive content, dedicated support or just want to support their authors – you are more then welcome to purchase dedicated licenses.

It would be great if you could make a template with 2 sidebars, left and right… I know we can use Visual Composer but it is not so user friendly as using ready template. I see a lot of people asking for this for a long time… Hope in future it will be in this great theme!

The7 is fully compatible both with php 7.0 and 7.1. Moreover theme demo works on the server with PHP 7.0

Oh, I must warn you that WP SuperCache (and probably W3TC) is not compatible with PHP 7.1. Therefore we recommend to stick to 7.0 for a while.

Hi, I just bought your theme and it looks very promising. I have experience working with VC buolder and Slider Revolution and so on but … I cannot work normally since I cannot even alter the demo themes. It refuses to reload, gives errors and so on. It is too slow and I have never before experienced this ):
Is there something I can do? Without molesting the one.com hosting or is that ncessary. In the dashboard of the theme it says everyhting is ok in the System Status but I have current time limit of 50 and theme recommends 60 ??

hhmm … strange. It does not work great on my PC in Google Chrome but it works without any problems on my Chromebook. Have to get into this, for now I don’t understand what’s happening. Great theme though, love it so far
This happens because in Chrome OS JavaScript is being executed more efficiently then on PC version of chrome. As I said earlier there seems to be a JS issue. Would you please contact our support, so we can detect the source of the issue? Thanks!
Absolutely fantastic theme, however seems to struggle under heavy load. Great for a coffee shop or small-time ecommerce store, however whenever it gets over 100 users definitely struggles and is very CPU and physical memory intensive, even with W3 Total Cache setup correctly and CDN setup. Would be great to see performance of this theme improved in future releases as it does seem very bloated.

It does not sound right, though..
The7 consumes noticeable amount of resources only when it creates dynamic .CSS files. In other words when you are saving Theme Options. In other situations it should be on par with standard themes like ThentySeventeen.
Moreover when you have Page Caching enabled in W3TC WordPress should not be loaded at all. Therefore it does not matter really which theme is active.
Any chance to test performance with the same plugin enabled but with a standard theme?

Hi I have been a customer using this theme for some time now and it keeps getting slower with each update. My site actually takes so long to load, I raised issue with hosting company who confirmed my theme is the cause. Incredibly when I change my WP theme from THe7 to another my site is super quick again. Could you please explain why ?

Sure. I guess the main source of issue is not a theme but number of plugins you have installed and activated along with it. Because whe installed without plugins The7 should perform on par with standard WP themes like ThentySeventeen.

It can be done easily. You can mix, match and change demos as you like. Blog can be easily added to a one page site via shortcode, menu item, etc.
