Why when someone share an product on facebook, the image not is this of the product? The image that appear on facebook is random from the releated products. How to fix this?

If you want to use a specific image for you Facebook share, you can use the Yoast SEO plugin and select the image desired per product in the settings > http://prntscr.com/el626k

Hi Ammar, This is strange because I did submit the form with all details and screen shots. Anyways what surprised me more is not when I am trying to submit the ticket again it is not letting me submit. Your form is giving me. It says “there was a problem with your submission. Errors have been higlighted below.” so I check and all the url’s and ftp details are correct I am not able to anything about it. Do you have any other alternative way I can submit errors which I am getting.

Wow! Just updated & now using the latest fusion builder, what a brilliant job you have done!
Just one issue. Today I installed the latest patches. All good except there’s a conflict with the Yoast SEO plugin. Whwn Yoast SEO is activated I can’t edit my pages – just a plain white screen. I use Yoast SEO Premium, not sure if the same issue exists on the standard version.

It seems that the problem with Ubermenu is not yet solved after the update to 5.1.2. I support two sites and had to go back to Avada 5.0.6.
Is there any solution?

This issue should be corrected in Avada 5.1.2. There were also some confirmed issues within the plugin itself. I see you have a support account. That will happen if your page content has incorrect shortcodes / extra shortcode tags. This can happen if you edit the page manually in the default editor without using the Fusion Builder. If the page is short, you can just remove the content and create it again through the Fusion Builder interface. Otherwise the problems would need to be identified manually and corrected.

Dear ThemeFusion, after updating to 5.1.1. my homepage got totally weird. I hoped it will change with the new update 5.1.2. but it’s still the same. I can’t see my portfolio and the other elements from FusionBuilder is gone? I had reset Fusion caches and also caches from the server. Its still doesn’t show right?? This this is the JS resource that is needed to style the page and handle a some page functionality. You should be able to correct this by disabling the JS compiler in Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS;

A default 20px of bottom margin will be used for all body p tags. You can adjust the line-height and letter spacing in Theme Options > Typography > Body; See > http://prntscr.com/ekup8f

Do I need to buy another license for sub domain’s? One client I have will be starting a fundraiser soon and your beautifully and newly designed “Charity” theme would fit very nicely. They currently have a license of Avada for there main site.

It is required by Envato licensing terms to purchase additional licensing for additional sites. If they were moving their site to a new domain and still only having 1 online and active Avada site, then it won’t require additional licensing.
However, for Avada to be on two sites, it is require to have two licenses.

Hi I recently applied the patch of the fusion patcher also the plugins updates for the fusion builder etc. and now I have code errors in my front page and wp-login cant access my dashboard the error are coming from the theme and I really need this fixed. Can you delete the Avada theme folder, fusion core and fusion builder folders, then reupload fresh ones?

I updated to version 5.1.2 and was prompted to apply patch #415335 via the Fusion Patcher.
Due to my permission settings I was required to install the patch manually via FTP, which I did, and then clicked the “Dismiss Notices” button as instructed.
Everything works fine, however the badge counter did not get reset in the left sidebar navigation panel for “Avada” or in the sub-category “Fusion Patcher”.
My support for this theme has expired, but this is not a case of needing support, but rather a bug in your Fusoin Patcher. Please advise.
