FYI the Default Button Radius under Global Styles in the Customizer does not work.

Hi there,

I just checked our help desk and have noticed the team have already gotten back to you.

Attempting to simplify my question to get a straightforward answer:

Why are the demo sites for this theme scoring in the 60s range for Google PageSpeed Insights?

Or, if you prefer, why wouldn’t the creators of this theme publish demo sites that score in the 90+ range to show examples of fast load times?

Hello. What do you think about structured data (for example schema org)? It comes in the next plans?

Do you think there is a need to: @type WebPage, @type WPHeader, @type CreativeWork, @type WPFooter, @type SiteNavigationElement, etc?

Perhaps this is not necessary. Interested in your opinion. Sorry my bad english.

Thank you.

If you do not mind, there are a couple more questions.

1. On your demo did not see the “bread crumbs” element. For example, “Home page / Services / Service name”. Is there such an element in your template?

2. In the list of items on the page http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/ did not see the “price list”. For example:

Name of service …....................................... 1,000

Here the text of the description of the service

Another service …........................................ 2,500

Here the text of the description of the service

Is there such an element in your template?

Thank you.

Hello Hoolio,

1. We already have rich snippets integrated in the theme. Adding extra fields is a matter of personal preference, but it is not necessary.

2. Yes :). Use the page header element in the UX Builder.

3. You can use the price table element.

Found a bug…

If you select the Dinners Club (should be Diners Club) from the Payment icons, it doesn’t show on the frontend.

I found the code that fixes this:

1.) Find /flatsome/inc/admin/options/shop/options-shop-payments-icons.php

2.) Find line 37… ‘dinnersclup’ => __( ‘Dinners Club’, ‘flatsome-admin’ ),

3.) The code should be ‘dinnersclub’ => __( ‘Dinners Club’, ‘flatsome-admin’ ),

Tested this code on Flatsome 3.2.5, and WordPress WordPress 4.7.3.

Thank you for letting us know :). I will share this with the development team right away

Fixed for next version :)

Glad I could help. This is a default payment credit card when using Stripe, so I hope it helps a bunch of people when displaying their credit cards accepted. Thanks guys. :)

I installed the demo but it looks a bit different I do not want images

I just want to use the “fullscreen fashion” demo. Is it possible? Or should I edit it myself and make it similar?

Hi there,

You can select the fullscreen fashion demo preset in the setup wizard http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/185-getting-started

Hello when attempting to install the flatsome-3.2.5 I am having installation error.. wordpress is asking me if im sure i want to do this and to try again.

i am on wordpress 4.7.3–en

Hi there,

Seems your server is configured with low PHP settings. Please see this article on how to resolve this http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/199-are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this-please-try-again

How can I get updates automatically go to a site of a client of mine.

Thanx for the reply. But with this solution, the customer sees all purchased items right? The customer must only see this theme as an update.

Hi there, you can connect directly with a specific item using a singe-use token & item ID.

Oh thanx i didnt know that.

Friends, good day! Two questions about product pages.

1. I’m using a template product-gallery-wide. And I need to not show the title of the product. I use remove_action( ‘woocommerce_single_product_summary’, ‘woocommerce_template_single_title’, 5 ); It works on all other templates. But for gallery-wide no. How can I fix it?

1.1. How can I remove the title of the product from the quick view.

2. Some products I have Out of Stock. For them, the Add to Cart button is shown but not available. How can I replace the button on the Block shortcode for those products?

Hello Rameer,

1. I am afraid this kind of customization is beyond the scope of the support services we offer.

1.1 This CSS should do the trick. Place it in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS.

.product-quick-view-container h1{
   display: none;}

2. You will need to customize the theme to achieve this.

Just pasted http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/classic-shop/ - into Google PageSpeed Insights. Got a score of 66/100. Google lists a bunch of reasons for this low score, which you should be able to see if you paste the link as I did. I am shopping for a responsive woo-friendly theme that can get me to a 90+ score. Long time U-design user… unfortunately their shop page scored in the low 70s. I was expecting flatsome to score higher.

Can you assist me (without additional fees) to achieve a 90+ score for a bluehost shared hosting wp site? Like 100% chance of a 90 score? Can you also answer this question: Assuming that many people will look at your theme speed performance (for the demo sites that you publish), why would you publish a theme with such a low Google PageSpeed score? I am not a developer… just want to be clear about what exactly is causing the low score (on your demo sites… not mine) and of course, more importantly, what are my chances of actually getting to 90 Thank you so much!!!!!

I don’t want to be that guy that goes to the mechanic to get his car fixed… and after 2 months and a severely padded bill, the car still doesn’t perform at an optimal level. The load time is, as you know, critically important to your customers, whether they know it or not.

Hi again, we can’t help you or promise you anything, but we have this guide that could help you out: http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/232-how-to-increase-page-speed

I’m having issues getting the ux builder hanging on the load screen. I opened a ticket but have not had a response.

Hello Jeremy,

I just checked our help desk and have noticed the team have already gotten back to you.

Hi, lovely theme, perfect code, congratulations, can you tell me which typography (fonts) used in fullscreen-fashion theme? thank you Paul

Hi there, thank you for the kind words.

The fullscreen-fashion demo uses the Montserrat font.

Love the theme but its showing my product variation swatch image as the main image in the checkout cart and wishlist. Is there a way to set it so only the main product image shows in the cart and wishlist

Hello Melissa,

I am afraid there is no setting to do this. You will need to customize the theme.

Hello, how to make full width slider?

Hi there,

Ensure that you have set the page template to Full-Width http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/48-2-1-page-templates

i loved your theme! and i think im gonna buy it, but first i want to ask a question. is it possible to add product review with image?

Hi there, thanks for the kind words :)

You will need a plugin to do this. Check out https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-advanced-reviews/

I LOVE THIS THEME!! Can I please ask how do I change fonts/colours of things like product price, and add to cart button? If its by css do you have list of css variables?

Hi there,

You will need a bit of CSS to achieve this. Use the following selectors .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount{}, .single_add_to_cart_button{ }

Thanks, much appreciated! :)

Hello, congratulation for the amazing theme ! But I have one question. How can I enable Add cart button in my shop page? I didn’t find it in documentation.

For example: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/product-category/women/?add_to_cart_button or http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/product-category/women/?add_to_cart_grid

It’s possible change Quick view for Add cart?

Hi there,

There is a setting that allows you to enable the add to cart button on category pages in Theme Options > Shop > Category Page > Product Box.

Thank so much. I’m sorry, I had not see this option !

Hello, I can modify PRODUCTS PER ROW – DESKTOP, TABLET and MOBILE, but I need to add another one dimension. How can I do it? What JS, CSS, PHP file I need to edit?

Hi there,

You will need to overwrite the content-product.php file in flatsome\woocommerce\.

NOT OK, I need overwrite : to then for big-columns-5 can i CSS write.

NOT OK, I need overwrite / * < div class “products row row-small large-columns-4 medium-columns-3 small-columns-2”> */ to / * < div class “products row row-small big-columns-5 large-columns-4 medium-columns-3 small-columns-2”> */

then for big-columns-5 can i CSS write.

I seem to have a problem with the search results not displaying static pages and it looks like it might be a problem with the blog_posts shortcode.

When I search for a needle that’s in a block of text for a static page and nothing else, I get a blank search result page. If I search for something that doesn’t exist on the website, I get a page not found error. This leads be to believe that wordpress is finding the results but they aren’t being displayed properly by the theme.

Here’s what I’m seeing right now as I’m looking through the theme files:

File: flatsome/search.php
<?php get_template_part( 'template-parts/posts/layout', get_theme_mod('blog_layout','right-sidebar') ); ?>
In my configuration, ‘blog_layout’ is set to ‘right-sidebar’ which loads the next file.
File: flatsome/template-parts/posts/layout-right-sidebar.php
get_template_part( 'template-parts/posts/archive', flatsome_option('blog_style_archive') );
In my configuration, ‘blog_style_archive’ is set to ‘list’ which loads the following file.
File: flatsome/template-parts/posts/archive-list.php
<?php echo do_shortcode('[blog_posts type="row" image_width="40" depth="'.flatsome_option('blog_posts_depth').'" depth_hover="'.flatsome_option('blog_posts_depth_hover').'" text_align="left" style="vertical" columns="1" ids="'.$ids.'"'); ?>
Here I found that $ids holds all three id’s before it’s passed to the blog_posts shortcode but only the single blog post is being displayed and not the two other static pages.

Is the blog_posts shortcode supposed to display only bog posts or does it also display static pages?

Hi! Your hotspot icons for the banners are pretty neat, although I think they lack a bit of custom functionality. Is it possible having an action on these to make them link to another slide? E.g I’m showing a one-image-banner, when clicking the hotspot I want it to move to another slide.

Thanks

Hi there,

I am afraid this is not possible at the moment. You can place a feature request here https://uxthemes.canny.io/flatsome. This way you are also able to track the progress of the request.

Hi, can I have a category display as “first post with full width and rest in three columns”? like this:https://wpsites.net/web-design/1st-post-full-width-rest-in-columns/

Hi there,

I am afraid this is not possible with the default Flatsome template. You will need to customize the theme to achieve this.
