I couldn’t care any less how long your response is. Anytime your agent sends a response its of no use whatsoever and never solves my issue. I cant believe your team is unable to replicate your own demo site. This is the worse theme ive used! Meanwhile I’m loosing money everyday.

We are very sorry to hear about this experience you’ve got. We checked your ticket again and conclusion is that Maintenance mode plugin you are using caused this conflict, so 503 error is thrown. When this plugin is deactivated, there is no issue on your shop page, and you are able to do update cart, etc. Please, check whole response on ticksy. We really hope you’ll change this bad impression you’ve got.

Can you please tell me how I can remove Suprema from the sticky header? It has my logo showing when I am scrolled right to the top of the page, but as soon as you start scrolling down it changes to Suprema.
On mobile it doesn’t even show my logo, only Suprema.

This theme is not compatible with wordpress 4.7. None of the font settings work, theres no way to change the font colors, sizes, etc. Only way is to add custom css which defeats the purpose of having a control panel. I just noticed your working demo is running 4.4. Do you guys have an update?

We are running into one issue on large resolution monitors. For some reason all of the parallax images and subpage headers are not responsive. They keep clipping to 1920, so on our 2560×1440 monitors they look terrible. Any help would be fantastic.

You can upload images which are 2560px in width and they will look nice on larger screens also, but amount of clipping will be greater on smaller screens because of background-size cover property which is required for this functionality. As I told I worked with Stockholm theme. Awesome theme. Great job. But 1/ It has customized Visual composer – WP widget element has been removed as well as other WordPress elements. Please let me know what about Suprema? Does it have default Visual composer or customized? I know about option to activate grid. But it acivates only grids. 2/ You write WPML integration what does it mean: compatibilitywith or WPML is in box as visual composer and slider revolution?
1) We implemented plenty of our shortcodes into VC, so it is customized. You are able to enable all default options, just be aware we didn’t test all of those elements/params.
2) Our theme is wpml ready, so it means we added compatibility for this plugin. This plugin is not included with our theme.
