I just installed flatsome but after installing woocommerce site Both admin & user panel went down & showing no content. After removing woocommerce from my VPS panel i am again able to see but same thing happen again,

I’ve read the explanation on this page http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/89-responsive-sliders-and-banners, but changing the mobile banner height doesn’t seem to change anything…
As you can see, if I put texts INTO my image in Photoshop (instead of placing a separate text box on top of the image), it doesn’t look good on mobile because the images are cropped. The two top images for example don’t make sense on mobile.
Any tips please?

Ensure that you are using the attributes mob_height=”” and tablet_height=”” in the banner shortcode.

Hello, How can i add a post category in the shortcode: [blog_posts columns=”3” style=”text-bounce” posts=”10” category=”” image_height=”150px” show_date=”false”]
I put category=”id=57” – that’s right? But it’s not running? The shortcode shows only always the main category but never the category “id=57” or another category that i want.
How can i fix it?

To pull posts from a certain category, use the following attribute cat=”category_id” in the shortcode. The UX Builder makes it easier to select the custom category using this element http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/blog-posts/

Ok, but where i have to introduce this shortcode if i want to delete the date in a regular blogpost like this: https://ousuca.com/trekkingrucksack-vergleich ? With this shortcode i only can hide the date when i show the category posts with a shortcode in a post.

There was an option for single post template to decide where to position the title – before or after featured image.
Now it’s gone. Did you remove it or is it hidden for whatever reason in 3.2.5 version?
Cause the odd thing is that when I made a dev copy of live website for some test customisations, I’ve noticed that live website still has title under featured image for single posts while dev has other way around, and there’s no option to change/decide how I want it anymore. So where’s the difference coming from?

When I´m trying to use the UX Builder is always just get stuck on the loading screen with “Loading UX Builder” I have tried to reinstall the theme, disebled all plugins, i doble the Ram Memory. I Got this error at the console: Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Only secure origins are allowed (see: https://goo.gl/Y0ZkNV).

I’m using WooCommerce as my ecomm engine. The Purchase page is the only one that doesn’t load a banner image that I specify in the Excerpt box. All other pages load an image. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately, until now there is no official compatibility testing with that plugin. But, the Flatsome theme uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

How i can speed up the flatsome theme?
As you can see below the flatsome theme makes a less requests and has less size than my previous theme, but loading speed is less.
php and web is not my programming profile and i don’t know what more i can do for speed up the site.

Of course i’m use a caching, lazy and optimize images.
And of course i turned on all default options for optimizations before starting change a code.
For example – banner and sliders ( before custom optimizations ) load all images, including invisible.

you should add vertical menu like AliExpress on the left side as these are very useful for an ecommerce store.
