Hi! i’m just trying to change de color settings of the top,mid and bottom header and nav menu fonts throught the theme settings options but seems that changes are not having effect… It’s the first time I have a problem like this in something so basic… Could you help me plese?

We can’t see such issue no our end, most likely such problem is caused by cache. We’d advise you to clear it (deactivate and activate cache plugin, clean the cache on the server) and check how settings are applied. In fact the easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The sliders are imported separately, so you need to install the slider plugin and import the slider sample file. The theme comes with a demo slider content import file. After you import it, you will have the same slider as we have on our demo, except that the background images will be absent and you will need to add your own instead. Our license does not allow us add background images to the download package, but all the other slider elements and settings, including timings will be imported.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it at the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser)
In a case you experience difficulties with the demo content import – please don’t hesitate to contact our support team for personal assistance, they will be happy to help. Just please provide your WordPress admin login, link to the site and let us know what demo content (Medical Clinic White or default Medical Clinic) do you need to import.

Hello! I’m having some problems, the causes of which I cannot understand. 1. But the image is not in full size in the background, don’t see a setting to change that. Do I have to change it with CSS?

To have a full width image I can recommend you to add the new section and set the background image in the Section shortcode settings. Please make sure to set the Custom content width with 0 paddings. Image height can be set with the help of Top and Bottom padding, hope it will be helpful.

My install did not come with Revolution Slider. It’s not under plugins. Do you have to download it separately? How do I activate it?

In fact you already have the Revolution slider plugin, as it comes right in the theme folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest.
It should be automatically uploaded together with the theme, yet you can extract it from the theme folder and install it manually. Just please open your theme folder and proceed: medical-clinic\theme-framework\admin\plugins folder.

Hi, I send a email but I didn’t have answer. I trying to put some differents buttons in the home page, with diferents colors, size… but when i change the color of one the others buttons change too… Also I can’t not change the padding or margin in the buttons options because when I do that all buttons change too.

To add contact form to the profile content area you can use the Contact form shortcode. Adding contact form to the profile’s sidebar isn’t presupposed by the theme functionality, appreciate your understanding.
Please note that we have no rights to distribute images, it’s prohibited by license terms. That’s why all the content images are not included in the main download, they are substituted by placeholders.
This area is made with the help of the widgets in the Bottom sidebar. To have the same widgets please import the Theme Settings that come with the theme in the Demo Content folder.

Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Medical Clinic theme is the same. Here you can see the default inputs for the project slug.
Please note that the issue you have after the slug changing can be caused by the cache settings of the SEO plugin. In a case you use SEO plugin please turn it off then proceed to Settings/Permalinks and turn on default settings (?p=123) and save the changes. Then please turn on the setting you used for permalinks previously, save the changes and turn on the SEO plugin. Hope this will be helpful.

1. Does this template has a feature where you can book on appointment, then pay for it using paypal (or some other payment system)?
2. When the appointment is booked (and paid for) can the doctor and the patient get an email or sms message noticing that the appointment was successful?
3. When the patient booked appointment (day and time) this appointment will be shown as booked, so no one else can book the same time and day?

There’s no such functionality included, though you can use a third party plugin for this purpose, we just can’t recommend any at the moment. The matter is that we haven’t tested mentioned plugins compatibility with the theme, that’s why can’t guarantee it. Appreciate your understanding.

The matter is that a while ago Google changed the way Google Maps should function and now API key is required (it wasn’t required previously). Please add your key in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom codes tab. The key can be generated here. Here is a video instruction so that you can see how the key should be generated. Please be sure that you activated the Google Maps JavaScript API and Google Maps Geocoding API.
