Go to Settings > Reading, and deactivate Posts page there, then open blog page in backend editor, and add your blog as Blog element of Visual Composer, having done that, you can set Header Options.

Hi, I am unable to do that, as i have two accounts on Envato and although I am logged in to the one i want to connect, when the system tries to synchronize, it gets connected to the other account and does not find the license. Is there a way to manually do this? Thank you

Try following: go to this page, click on ‘Sign Out’ link at the top, and try activating once again, system will ask you to log in with needed account.

Hi, just purchased and very excited to begin a new project I am pitching.
Quick question, I am going to design a demo site within my own domain for a particular client.
Once the client approve, I will then design the whole site and then migrate the whole site to their domain.
Reason being they are stll in business and need to cut down the transfer from their old site to new.
How do I transfer the license to their actual domain once the project is completer?

Once the project is completed, go to this page, and click on ‘Deactivate’ button there, then just activate this license on your client’s live site.

Great theme and it is working fine…but, I noticed your are up to v4.2 and the website version is 2.91. Thanks for still updating VC, etc even though I have not updated the theme. I am running a child theme, I have read much of the changelog but can you tell me if I will have a ton of rework to do if I update to 4.2 or if everything is fine in 2.91 leave as it. I like to keep everything current but just want to know how much work I have ahead of me if I do update? Thanks in advance.

We strongly recommend to update your Impreza, and all 3d party plugins to their latest versions, due to performance and compatibility reasons, take a look at this article for details.
You shouldn’t lose any data during update (if you didn’t edit theme files), but we recommend to create a backup before updating to be in safe.

As I can see there is the outdated Impreza 1.10 installed, you should update your theme using this manual, then activate a license and update all third party plugins to their latest versions as well. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating to be in safe.

The site is active, Install in this directory /pruebas-wp/ a clean wordpress I have installed the theme and export the content of terapiasenergeticas.org And import it here, The previous webmaster installed this theme pirately, but I buy it and activate it, I need to update the whole site but I have this problem, you I do not get the migration option.

A have a trouble with main toggle menu
When i have 4 columns menu, mouse navigation is too hard.
When “mouseout” from menu item with children, submenu slides out.
My question is: how i can “freeze” submenu for 0.5 seconds when mouse out, from menu item with children?

It’s regular behavior for such menus, and at the moment there is no way to freeze it, you can the same on our demos: http://impreza.us-themes.com/ try using some 3d party plugin to create such a menu, usually you can find plugins almost for everything.

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix available, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box, but you can hire a developer if you need this feature to be implemented ASAP.

Hi, I continue to be unable to update Impreza due to a critical error (see below). Any plans to fix this? I spent 2.5 hours on support with my hosting provider trying to get updated today and I can’t afford to spend any more time on this issue.

Ideally if you can provide a way to update Visual Composer in the meantime and I can try again. But there is obviously a critical error in the theme file when using an older version of Visual Composer. I thought that all got updated at once?

You should update your Impreza to its latest version 4.1.2, remove existing Visual Composer entirely, then go to Impreza > Addons, and install Visual Composer once again. Hi, this does not work as the error I sent you prevents me from logging in to the dashboard (I get a 500 error) after updating Impreza.
Also, I have updated both the “Ultimate VC Add-Ons” and the Rev Slider plugins from the Impreza file before updating Impreza in an attempt to fix this issue. That doesn’t work either. I still get a non-functioning /wp-admin login page.
Please confirm what file is the Visual Composer file. I can try to update and then use SFTP to delete visual composer and see if that gives me access to the dashboard again, where I can install visual composer again using Impreza addons.

Hello! The impreza theme was working good, and after I updated to the latest version I can no longer access the tabs inside the theme options. When clicked, it changes the address to reflect the correct section id, but that is it. The content does not display. any ideas what could cause this?

Hi, i just purchased your fantastic template and install it to siteground hosting service. We tryied to activate the theme to have all the addons activated but it doesn’t work. The theme is still deactivate and the addons too. I’m using a temporary URL instead the domain name is this the problem?

Hi there, we have a client with this theme and version 2.7, but they have big issues in Safari with the font on pages not showing up (looks like a style issue where font is same colour as back ground. Site does not look great on iphone or safari browser, can you tell me how we fix this or has this been solved in a later version update? Maybe they need to update their theme??. Please help, Marc
