In the releases section, the ARTIST filter has a 20 item limit, including filtering “ALL ARTISTS”. Where can this limitation be removed or increased?

can this play a shoutcast stream?

Player is not designed to stream SHOUTcast. We noticed that our clients have used the player for the live stream (Only in mp3 format.). Surely player will not display the names of songs with a live stream because it is not possible. You need to point directly to the streaming URL: http://pub2.di.fm/di_deephouse (extracted from the m3u file).

Hi, I’m not having trouble at all, I’m asking a simple question which can be replied to with a yes or no answer. I’m assuming that it is not possible to have the sound playing on background videos in headers, etc. (without an additional plugin) but just wanted to confirm this. I’m not going to open a ticket for that. It’s also helpful for potential buyers to know this.
So again, is it possible to have the sound playing on background videos when choosing video background headers, or is that currently not supported?
If the answer is yes, but requires additional details and explanation, I will gladly open a ticket. Thanks!
Also, you have a major display bug in Safari. On the artist grid, images are squished to about 6 pixels tall. This also happens if adding images in the artist profile section using the “Release Grid” VC widget. You can see this on your demo site using safari – http://themes.rascals.eu/noisa/artists/

Yes you can enable sound in YT movie background. Add custom field: “mute_video” and set at “false”

Hi there, great job on this. I did find a strange bug thought. For artist tab content sections, in the VC content section row -> general settings, if the “content position” is set to anything other than “default” (ie. top, middle, bottom), the entire section becomes visible at the bottom of the page, regardless of selected section tab.
Can you advise of a way around this, or let me know if this can be verified and fixed on your end? Thanks!

Hi, I don’t want to start a support ticket and go through all that. I’m pointing out what I believe is a possible bug in the theme. I need you to verify if this is a known issue or not, and if you can duplicate it on your end. It’s likely not going to be specific to my installation (and I’m also working on MAMP locally).

Love the theme! I have some pre sale questions:
1. Can I change the “News”/Blog section to be showcased in the full width grid style you offer for music, galleries, shows & artists?
2. Are there any customizations for the music player/playlists? Such as the opacity of the playlist once opened or the option to have the playlist pop out from the side instead of the bottom.
3. On your side bar menu when I click a drop down arrow it closes the menu & I have to reopen it to see the drop down links. Is this normal?
4. Does this work well SoundCloud singles and playlists? Just curious if it pulls artwork and track info automatically if I create a grid of tracks with a play button on the tracks.

2. Opacity you can change by CSS, but position is static on bottom.
3. We fixed it. It will be available in the next update (you can check live preview again). If you are in a hurry, we will send you fix via support ticket.
4. Paste soundcloud track to Tracks Manger the script will retrieve all song information, like artist title…

How hard is it to change the opacity of the playlist in the CSS?
I really like your track grid too, with the play button on the artwork. Is it possible to have an info button on the artwork also? To view the track or albums info.

Hi, my support has run out and I’ve had a problem which you’ve never managed to help me fix from the day I purchased this theme. You said to wait for an update. . I have already set up Soundcloud and put in my client ID but it never lets me see a playlist. Why is this still not fixed in recent updates?

Send me link to your playlist I will check it. Soundcloud tracks need to enable permissions, could be playable by external player. Please note: If you enable this option, your track will be played after a few minutes.

Could you make a video of how you load the tracks? Since I did not understand the captures and I do not know where they are uploaded, I upload them in wordpress media and when I add the album I do not appear to choose the songs

Really like this theme and the support given! One thing, in today’s updates the zip file download of WP only files has the wrong theme. I could get the correct files from the ‘all files’ download though.

Thanks! I got the zip with all files. Is it only the plugin that was updated since last update, or should I replace all theme files? Plugin alone didn’t yet fix my Safari issue (not showing artist thumbnails).

Hi, I’m having an issue with my site’s main logo image. It’s 175px tall, and when I scroll down on any page, the logo slides up, but not far enough, so the bottom half of the logo is just left sitting at the top of the page. Can you help me add some code that will fix this?
