Hello, Can we use paypal for resume listing. I checked demo and add a resume but after submitting it redirect to blank page “Add a resume”.
Yes, payment features are built on WooCommerce, so you can connect it with your PayPal account.
Yes, WooCommerce working with jobs perfectly but when I submit resume then it redirect to empty page like in your demo. What I need to change in resume to work properly like jobs?
Hello, weird issue, I sent some time finding what is going on there, but no luck yet. Job submitted without problem, only resume has this issue. Maybe its because of recent WooCommerce update, or addon issues, I will continue looking on solution. Thank you.
hi. did you guys customize the theme?
Hello, what you mean? Thanks.
Hi,
I’m thinking of purchasing your theme but before, looking at your demo, I have some questions: - can a div be added at the very top of the page, above the top nav with a phone number and email address? - can search be simplified to search box and category and moved above the listing? - can I get a back end login? - is Categories section from demo site an article as in can content be added on top of categories display? - can login be disabled and only sign up be available, with an extended form that would included several fields and a resume upload functionality?
Thanks, Kashka
Hello,
1) It is require customization
2) yes
3) sorry, no backend demo
4) sorry, so not understand what you mean
5) you can disable registration, but still users can post jobs and resumes.
Thank you.
thanks, one more question, what slider do you use on the homepage and can aspect ratio be changed on mobile, it looks too small, I wish to have 1:1 as well as CTA is way too big on mobile is there a solution for it?
Thanks
It is a Slider revolution plugin, I believe you can do with it almost every imaginable slider. Plugin is included with theme.
Hello, does this http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/submit-resume/ preview works?
Hello, are you asking why your resume is not visible on demo site after it was submitted? Just because we have enabled moderation and posted information will not be published. If we allow it, the demo will not look anyway good because of random data entered by testing visitors. Thank you.
I need to create a website that is a combination of members directory (psychologists), a job board (for psychologists) and a blog (where posts are by all members). The member profiles have to be integrated with the resumes posted, which means some fields like Name, Social Profiles, Address, educational qualifications… that are common in resume and the profile to be shared between the two.
This way if a user edits there profile fields, the change should be reflected in their resume and if a user edits their resume, the change should be reflected in their profile.
This is because most (though not all) of the fields between the resume and the profile are going to be same.
Would this be possible with the jobseek theme? Also if I need to use another plugin for member directory with this theme to accomplish the objective, kindly recommend the same as well.
Hi, I need to know if this theme will work for me, can you help me?
I need a theme that the candidate only will apply to a job after purchase a membership plan. Before that, the candidate (visitor) will only see the job, but not be able to apply.
I don’t need a employer area because just me will post jobs.
I can have this function in this theme?
Beste regards..
Hello, yes you can do that. There is an addon WPJM Packages that allow you to to charge for application. And you can not user employer area of course. Thank you.

Hello, I don’t understand what you mean? Please describe a concrete example. Thank you.
how do I import jobs from indeed to my site ?
You cant import them to your site database, only backfill with the help of addon.

Not very clear here but you can find this on most job sites
Hi Coffeecream, I’m still looking forward to your reply, I actually could not find any good free or paid plugin out there to display the above ‘search job by location function & the advance job search function as this is important Please what are your recommendations to help resolve this?
Hello,
sorry the information that you added in the above comments is not very clear – as I understand these are job categories, and then location categories? You have categories already, if you need location areas then you need to install Job Manager Predefined Regions. We don’t have salary filter yet, but it will be available with the next big update (but we are busy not, so no idea how soon it will be released). Agency or company filtering also not presented, but you have a page with companies and each company linked to the page with its jobs.
There are filter plugins like for example Facets WP that can do the job, but we did not tested it with WP Job Manager plugins and theme.
Again, the update we are planning can fulfill almost all of your requests, but we are unable to finish it really soon.
Thank you.
Ok, thanks for your reply. Having all these features displayed orderly together on every page under advance search filter makes it easy to navigate most pages of the site otherwise is not that easy. I currently use Predefined Region, thanks to the developers of this plugin as it is free, but it really needs to be worked on. I really wish the developers would read my comment and act. Thanks for the fantastic updates you have made so far to this theme, looking forward to next updates Thanks.
How do I redirect my search results to another page?
Hello, it direct do job listing page. Go to Job Listings > Settings > Pages and make sure you have correct pages set. If you need to redirect to some other page – please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve. Thank you.
Cool, thanks. And how do I set up my login/my account page as in the demo? Do I also need to import something for that or use a plugin?
Hello, that depend on what you have now. Did you import demo data? You just need to add a My Account page to the menu. If user not logged in it will show login form (in WooCommerce settings you can also enable registration on that page). Please create a support ticket if you have more questions. Thank you.
Hi i have created the additional fields on job submission field through field editor plugin, but how can i bring this on job search form, which form i have to edit and how to edit
Hello, you can not just add fields and wait then to appear in the filter form. It require custom solution to make jobs filterable with the custom parameters. Its easy to extend job with custom information, but to make it filterable it’s require custom login depend on each field type. You may try some filter plugins for that purpose, but I have no exact recommendations here. Thank you.
Hi Thank you for your swift response, i would like ask one final question, how can i remove the filter by job tag option, i need only Keyword and location filter jobs, need to remove filter by tag
Hello, probably that mean that you don’t need tags for jobs at all? Then just go to Job Listings > Settings and disable tags. Thank you.
Hi yes thats what i need, but no option to disable tag in job listing settings, i can see only 2 settings related to tab
Tag Archives Enable Tag Archives
Tags Filter Type
Oh, I forgot – solution is even simpler – just deactivate the “WP Job Manager – Job Tags” plugin.
thank you
Hi how can we add custom code to include new option in search job form
Hello, here is the tutorial, but it require coding skills of course: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-adding-a-salary-field-for-jobs/ Thank you.
Good day, We are currently using your theme and are very happy. We have just picked-up recently that when using testimonials the owl carousel does not use Auto height. Please advise if this is something that can be resolved. We are currently out of support however would really appreciate the help.
Hello, that must work fine… I wish to have a page URL to test it, can you send us an email via profile page so I can check it? Thank you.
Sure – Sending now.
Sent the link. Thanks in advance.
Hi, any idea when i can expect some feedback on this query?
Hello, will answer shortly. Thank you.
Hi, there is a visual composer update ready to be installed, when will you be rolling out the update? thanks.
Hello, with the nearest theme update, just when it will be ready. Thank you.
When posting a job it asks for company info, links, company logo, application link and so on. Is there a way for an employer to have this stored in their profile so these steps do not have to be repeated on every single job post?
Hello, they will be populated with the same data with your next posting, but you still able to edit them in case you posting job for different company. Thank you.
Hi guy! Good Job, Beutiful Theme! Do you have the HTML version?
Thanks!
Only old version available here.
I have tried many times to set up users to create unlimited jobs and everyone else has to pay. Even with an account I have set to post unlimited jobs it still is trying to make me pay $4.99
Send us email on support@coffeecream.eu and we’ll see how can we help you.
Hi, Till version 1.9, job listing details are in column format whereas in subsequent versions, they are in row format. Please let me know how the job listing format of version 1.9 can be retained while updating to version 2.5. Thanks
Hello, you may try to keep content-job_listing.php from old version in the child theme folder after update. But the problem is that there is no CSS for that old piece, old version has different styles for that element, so you will need to customize the look by yourself to “merge” it with new design. Thank you.
Hi, Is it possible for you to provide a solution for this? The job listing format was one of the main reason for opting for your theme. Also, when I add new fields in the resume submit form for eg. candidate’s date of birth, the data entered through the form does not reflect in the candidate’s resume page. How can this be achieved? Thanks
Hello, these are theme customization, it is beyobd of support scope. Unfortunately we can not afford to help in such cases, as it also usually require more time. Thank you.
Hi Coffeecream,
We are planning to develop a job posting site where the job seeker needs to pay a premium to apply for say “n” no of jobs per month.. This is what we are basically looking for,
1) website opens
a ) the applicant clicks that job posted
b) she fills in her email details meaning she registers for free
c) She goes to the payment details page it shows the transaction process as per normal via PayPal , credit card details ( prepaid phone card deduction down the track ) . She can chose to be free or premium member
d) She can add video link that can help the applicant to link it to her social media platforms .
e) An email is sent to her verifying her application.
f) Getting a notification to admin’s email upon new registration.
Please let me know if the theme can be suitable for this.
Regards Randy
Guys, can you please reply to this.. we are planning to buy this theme. just want to check the compatibility on the above needs
Hello, sorry for the delay. We just back from weekend.
This theme is built on WP Job Manager and adding available for it. For first thing is there is no payment per application made, only to post a job/resume. There is a new add-on which probably can accept payments for job applications, but you better ask an author about it: https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-packages/
The rest of point looks fine to go with Jobseek. You can just test the resume submission (= candidate registration) page: http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/submit-resume/ You can disable most of fields if you don’t need them.
Thank you.
Thank you so much….
Hi, I’ve set my footer to have 4x columns but the 3rd Column simply wont display. Instead the 4th column displays as a 1/2 column. But I have set all 4x columns to 1/4. Also the packages that I have set up in Woocommerce simply don’t display. They were working fine and displaying on my post a job page and now there are simply no packages appearing and I have done nothing to change them.
Hello, that sounds weird. Can you please make sure that each of your footer sidebar contain active widgets? Please create support ticket and provide your WP dashboard credentials, I have no idea what might be wrong or missing about pricing packages. Thank you.
Yes there are definitely widgets in the footer 3 sidebar and when I’m in the customize screen it displays, but as soon as I view the site on the front end that widget is gone. I did log a ticket on your site. Let me know where I can post login details for you.
Issue solved.
Hi After I added Recent blog posts and Testimonial on the top page, the setting of owl-carousel autoplay doesn’t work (Just remain on 5 seconds in default). Could you advice a solution for this issue?
Hi there! Could you please send us email on support@coffeecream.eu with your URL and admin credentials? We’ll have a look what’s going on there. Thanks.
