Please consider partnering with “TS Composium Add on” for visual composer, (also sold here on themeforest). It’s MUCH better than the “Ultimate add ons” 
You have top of the game plugins bundled with your theme, such a Slider Rev and Pricing Tables, and Visual Composer… it’s a pitty you don’t follow the same hight standard for the Visual Composer add on.

Good morning (or evening, depending upon where you’re located). I downloaded and installed the theme the7 last night, but I’m having trouble locating the “Business One Page” demo shown here http://the7.io/business-one-page/ ... I checked the demo content folder from my download but don’t see a file even listed there with that name. Perhaps it’s titled differently? I seem to have every other demo installed properly, but that was the template I was specifically hoping to use. Advice would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!

Please navigate to your WP-admin > The7 > Pre-made Websites. Type a “business” in the search bar. Demo your are looking for will appear.
Forgive me … I’m a novice at this. But I’m in my Wordpress admin page and there is no place to just select The7. It’s available to activate when I go to appearance > themes (and I have activated it). In order to access the pre-made site templates, I had to click on tools > The7 Demo Content … from there, I could select any of the pre-made sites except for the business one-page. There is no search bar here so I’m obviously not in the place you’re referring to. It doesn’t appear as though I’ve missed anything with my install though. Am I missing something?
Ah, you are using older version of theme. Please update to v.5.0.2 in order to use newest demos. You can also contact our guys at support if you need a hand with update and demo import.
One of the worst themes I’ve ever seen or used. I wonder how come and why those 55,000 plus purchased it.
First of all the download package did not include Demo Content folder. I’ve raised ticket but they gave me help doc link how to import Demo Data where as its clearly written in that doc that there is a Demo Content folder. Also if you download null theme you will get that folder then why its not included in purchased one.
Secondly the help doc is useless and the options are so difficult to use and there is no proper guidance how to do one thing or other.
There are so many other errors but the one which I would like to address here is one page site navigation links.

Yes to go to different sections there is some kind of anchor need which i totally understand but other themes do not show them in address bar.
So can we remove it or not in that theme.

Works this way to make navigation 100% cross-browser. It also lets you make buttons and links navigation elements. Good luck trying to achieve this with “pretty” URLs.

Does the theme support rtl languages

There are minor layout issues (like arrows in lists facing wrong directions, etc.), therefore we do not call The7 officially RTL-compatible. However there are many buyers who use The7 on their RTL sites and very happy with it.
HI, Just bought your Wordpress Theme but i can’t update the Visual Composer as i don’t have a license. Do you have a license that i should use? If not why would you sell a theme that requires a plugin that also has to be purchased?

I’m currently still using The7.2 ver. 2.3.6. I was wondering if there’s any reason to upgrade? Possible security issues with new wordpress versions?

You may want to update to newest version of The7.2, v.2.3.18 that is. This will allow you to update plugins (Visual Composer, Slider Revolution, etc.) and WordPress itself to newest versions.
But if your site “is not broken” and there’s nothing in The7 v.5 that you absolutely need on your site – there’s no reason to upgrade.

Hello, Awesome theme! I just want to ask about a problem with menu links. I’ve used a microsite page template for the main page, but I’ve also created some separate pages. With the usual links in the menu used for one-page microsite (#!/portfolio) menu items wouldn’t get the visitor to the microsite section from the separate page. But if i changed the item menu link to http://website.com/#!/expertise then it worked as it should from the separate page, unfortunately though, when clicking the menu item with this type of link while the visitor is on the microsite page nothing happens. Is there a way this could be solved? Thank you

In WP admin > Post section, is the list of blog posts. However, each post title is showing a long string of characters as shown in the screenshot above. Each post should be displaying a title that reads horizontally, not a string of characters.
FYI: I tried opening a support ticket at http://support.dream-theme.com/ but your system is not permitting me to login. I had created a support ticket almost 2 weeks ago for http://support.dream-theme.com/tickets/revolution-slider-banner-overlay/ but now my email and username are not found in your system at all. 1. You can use all plugins that comes bundled with The7 theme without entering purchase codes or activating them.
However if you want a bit faster plugins updates, some locked features, exclusive content, dedicated support or just want to support their authors – you are more then welcome to purchase dedicated licenses.

2. It’s not correct to blame the theme when you have a bunch of plugins enabled that are interfering with the post/pages list interface. Plus you browser window is really narrow. Make it a bit wider and the issue will be resolved.
Regarding your account in our help-desk. We were moving servers. You visited the support system at the moment when we were making clean WP install. At this moment migration is completed. You can access the support system as usual.
the support link goes to a default wordpress page. Anyway, my theme options keep resetting to the default. If I change one option, the rest all change back to the default.

There’s more conventional way Each post/page has an option to disable the sidebar. There’s also a bulk action for that.
Is the bulk edit option available when multi-selecting posts in edit mode? How to make all posts have no sidebar?
