PRE SALE QUESTION Your theme looks great. But I absolutely need the ability to search by filters like color, size, style, etc. I don’t see this in the demo and it seems a lot of people asked for this already. Is this possible with the current version? If not, will it be possible soon? Thanks, Katia

Hi Team,
We purchased your theme version 3.5.0 We made few changes in the theme with the help of child theme to match our requirement. we had to add few custom options so we made appropriate changes in the templates via child theme.
But after upgrading the parent theme with your latest version.. many of our functions like image uploading stopped working.. plus you made many changes in your template which didn’t reflect in our child theme.. like the drag and drop feature, designs etc.
Please advise..

There are over 100 comments about Sorting by Price that are 1 & 2 years old. Why is something so highly demanded not created yet?
Please try make this one of the priorities. The drag & drop image also doesn’t work. And the avatars & profile photos aren’t working either.

I’m very frustrated with the theme.
The design looks good, it has a lot of features but I couldn’t make the login work.
The theme simply doesn’t send the e-mail with the password to the new user.
I’ve contacted the support team, gave them full access and not even them could resolve it.
All they say is that a new version is coming up soon and they can’t precise the date.
It’s been more than 18 days since I’ve open the support ticket and 5 days since they last contacted me saying “Sorry we can’t give you any date we are testing many things so it will be available within few days.”
The only solution I’ve found so far is choose another theme so I can keep my project on time.
Hope to hear from them on the next few days otherwise I’ll have to order a refund.

That’s true, you answer all my tickets very fast (including this comment).
The login part is very critical, if it doesn’t work, I can’t even show it to my client.
I’ve got all the translation done, all the images ready, but without the login, to my client, I’ve got nothing…
Isn’t there any other way to fix this login issue?
Don’t mean to hurt you, just commenting whats happening, looking for a solution and hoping not to lose my client.

I really recommend you guys have separate “Home Layout Manager” for mobile, because the mobile version is VERY slow, and mobiles are connected to Data and not wifi so its event slower.

Hi…I’m interested with your theme but I have doubt is it possible to have single contact number and email id for all the products…There should not be any email idor contact numbers about sellers. Its like when seller post the ad and if any customer willing to buy he / she should contact with middle man to buy the products is it possible to do like that?
