When can we expect Visual Composer 5.1 update for this theme? The current version still shows VC 5.0.1 after theme upgrade. I have uninstalled and reinstall VC but it still shows version 5.0.1. Thanks

Since Visual Composer updates regularly, we can not include every single version in our theme package, as this means we should update every time VC updates. So, we stick to major versions and security updates. Please, stay tuned, and you’ll be notified the sooner we release a new version including an updated Visual Composer version.

To have the “More” button always visible in the teaser box, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Style. Copy and paste the following markup in the field.
.teaser_box {
overflow: visible;
}
Save changes. At this point the button you requested will be constantly visible in the teaser boxes. Let us know if our response was helpful.

About your issue know, this is the first time somebody facing this issue, most possibly, the problem caused by a third party plugin. Start by deactivating third party plugins to check which one cause the problem. Let us know about your progress.

Hi there. I’m having issues when converting the site bodyworkshwc.com to https. FOr instance, when you go to http://bodyworkshwc.com the site is fine. However, when you go to https://bodyworkshwc.com, the site is all sorts of messed up. Please visit each to do a side-by-side comparison. I’ve investigated the error logs and found that it might have something to do with the plugin plethora-featureslib. Are there any settings that need to be configured in order to transition over to https:// successfully? Please advise what the issue is as it’s related to the theme or that particular plugin itself. The difference between the 2 versions is the LESS compiled dynamic stylesheet file we use. Apparently, on the http version you have the correct one, while on https you don’t ( it returns a 404 error, meaning the file not exists! ). This might happen due to a server or plugin cache functionality that you did not deactivate before making your transition to https.
In any case, a new dynamic stylesheet is re-compiled every time a style option is updated on your theme options panel. So, do the following:
1. Deactivate any cache plugins or server functionality you might be using. Even if this is not necessary, on your case it might be the reason that this happened in the first place. 2. Go to your theme options panel and update any random style-related option ( any color picker option would be fine ) and click the save button. 3. Go to your front-end and check if everything is working as expected 4. Go back to your theme options and set again the initial value for the style option you updated on step 2
After this, both your http/https version should work fine. Nevertheless, if your problem insists, please visit our Support platform and open a ticket: https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/, since we cannot follow efficiently an issue via this comments section.

You can work with Revolution Slider (which is totally compatible with Healthflex) to achieve a header with video background.

Hello, you can control the responsive behavior of each column of the top-bar from our theme settings. So you can make it visible on all devices. On Skype social sharing icons will your theme work on callto links. I know for some themes that method wont work at all. Wil it work only if we use callto:skypename in whatever the area the widget are you have developed?

Hello, we haven’t tried aweber but if it has proper integration with WordPress then it shouldn’t be a problem. The HealthCoach demo can be imported just as it is with our “One-Click” importer. Photos will be blurred due to copyright restrictions.

Hi, I’m thinking of purchasing this theme for a client. I was looking through the documentation, and saw that there are options to import entire pages into the VC editor, like About Us, etc.. but there was no mention if you can import the home page as it is in the demo as well. So will I be able to import the home page as well and just change the content in it? Or will I have to build it again from scratch? Thanks

Home Page layout, as well as all templates content and designs, will be imported via Healthflex Importer as you see it in our demos. Have in mind that all images will be blurry due to distribution rights.

Hi, I have an issue showing the theme language switcher (although WPML language switcher works normally when added to a widget, but I need the theme switcher to look more integrated in the design).
I can’t find the general setting on “theme options” to show it as illustrated in the theme documentation. Where can I find it?
I set the language switcher to display on the top bar of a single page but it still doesn’t appear.
I made sure the other language is not hidden on WPML settings.
