Awesome theme. We want to use your theme for our Website. I was checking your portfolio Options. There are quite a lot of Page Layouts. We liked a specific one

Hello, Purchased this theme. Installed as child theme. Installed demo eleventh. However changes I’m making on header and footer are not being reflected on site. Read FAQ and seems it may be related to permissions issue. I went and made changes to the css folders and changes permissions to 777. However changes still not being shown.

I have cleaned up the cache but that did not help.
What’s interesting is the the changes I made (added my own logo from the theme options for header and added the social media widget in footer) does show up when I click on a product page but not from the main page. I basically installed the ‘eleventh’ demo and changing that to meet my needs.
Does that help you narrow down? If not what specific information would you need from me?

Please try Theme options -> Logos -> Header Light Logotype image option, it should help. You might have changed the logo for header style 1 but you have header style2 on your front page.

Hello! Please, I’ve installed Yoast SEO and enable in theme options and in the plugin ‘breadcrums’. It appears in stuning header but transparent, without the white background. I’ve selected all breadcrums options but same result: breadcrums transparent. Can you help me about htis? thanks!

Hello, I am trying to set up the Shop version of Ronneby and the woocomposer shortcodes are not working. I read a comment on here and tried enabling Default Modules for Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons in Theme Options, but that didn’t work. Do I have to import a file?
I got it fixed, I didn’t have WooCommerce installed.

I mean in the window that opens when you click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top right. The settings made in the menu Side Area are not executed
Matteoeffe, if we understood correctly, you are using header style 7.
In this case, please try to go to Theme options > Header options > Header style 7 options > Copyright message section and replace the default text with the one you need.

This feature is available fo header style 1 and 2 and can be setted in page backend. Please try the logo position Top center in the Logo position dropdown under the Header style option in the Header style metabox in right sidebar of page backend.

Hey Guys
Just three more questions I have:
1. The theme does not support multiple menus at present. Is it safe to run a plugin that will aid in creating Menus for inner pages?
2. I have enabled this beautiful Side Area that slides in from the right. Why is it that this pushes my navigation to the left closer to the logo and pushing some of the menu items to a second line. This happens despite the fact that my navigation alignment is set to right. Please see: https://s3.amazonaws.com/wdapcyl/Screen01.jpg
3. Upon clicking the “Side Area” button, the content reveals as it slides to the left. When pressing escape of clicking to close the content reveal on the Side Area, I notice a White space to the left of my header section. As for the posts please try the Theme options-> Blog options -> Single post options section of you admin area. The option to disable stunning header should be there. Responsive Fonts Question: We use minimalist / twenty demo and changed some custom typo options. Everything is fine on large screen. But on mobile we would love to get smaller fonts. Is this possible via Theme options or do we need to do it vie CSS? In detail we want to have the H3 Subtitle Typography 50% smaller on mobile.

Hi, purchased your theme and installed just few days ago. Also, please, make sure you are not checking the cached version of the site.
Lately, Chrome and other browsers enabled hard caching by default which may prevent you from seeing the immediate changes and thus cause inconveniences!
We use the extension for Chrome browser – Cache Killer, which is helpful with clearing the cache on the sites.

Ha, where to change the color of the menu icon from white to black or blue? Can we disable the search also, have seen the option for mobile but not for desktop.

Or can we just also disable or hide the menu icon in general? For the beginning it will be just a onepage site till we have all our content together … so the menu would be empty.
Please, try to go to the page back end editor> find the section in the right sidebar titled ‘Select header type and select ‘disable header’ for you page.

Hey Guys
I have sent a ticket to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com with the following query: (I have provided the login details and link to my site on the mail)
I would like to refer you to The site I have built using this amazing theme.
My struggle is on the main page wher I use a Plugin “Layered Popups” as an optin as well as inquiry form.
Notice that When the header Type is set to “Header 2” my popup buttons and links do not work. (Please click button labelled “Launch Your Future Now” on the lower left side.
As soon as I switch to “Header 3” or “Header 1” that button seems to call up the popup form without fault. The only problem here is that I do not want my logo centered.
You will also notice that the thumbnail of the featured blogs are blown up to full screen, where they where previously set to 250*167 pixels and nicely spread across the row horizontally and auto-rotating.
How is it that switching between the header types could affect my “PopUp” module like this?
I have attached a screenshot to see how the pop up looks. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The issue is caused by the incorrect setting of anchors, the special signs such as ’!” in anchor name are not supported for anchors names in WordPress and thus the issue occurred.
