Is it possible to use a masonry layout within a container or does it have to be full width content/background?

Best theme ever. I have a simple question. Is there a way to make a solid button with an outline? Red fill, white text with white outline. On hover the fill would change to White and text would be red (or something like that).

Ok. I probably will need to figure out how to do at least a custom menu. These sliders aren’t exactly “client friendly” so that it’s easy for a novice to update them, are they? You can’t just use a CMS and update the copy …. or is there a way to do that once the Slider is built? If there is a way to update the text and imagery of a slider without going into the plug-in (maybe pass variables or something?) this will be gold!
I’m just trying to avoid having my client digging through the plug-in and getting frustrated since there is a bit of a learning curve.
I’m finding a weird bug when you have a row with Full Width Content and a Testimonial slider (multiple visible) inside. If you add an image to one Testimony, on the “opposite side” you’ll see an extra ” that escapes the div tag. I can send a url or screenshots if that would help. Is there a way to fix this bug?
Figured out a work around for the time being: .image-icon.has-bg {font-size: 0px;}

I’m running on 8.0 and Woocommerce 2.6.14. After adding a category the new categories never appear as a Product Type when adding Woocomerce via the “Add Element” using Page Builder. Only the defaults (All, Sale Only, Featured Only, Best Selling Only) present.

Hello guys, 1. please help to find the way how to make portfolio page have the same functions as a simple single page (+ next/prev portfolio item at the bottom I would like to keep). Cause now you hide a lot options there.
2. When I use portfolio constrained layout and have only wide&tall portfolio items, everything breaks apart when you view on different screen sizes. Everything looks fine on desktop, but on iPad it doesn’t look good. it seems it dividing layout to show some smaller (regular, tall) portfolio items. So how to fix everything to show wide, wide&tall portfolio items.

Hey, in the Salient options panel > form styling tab – it’s using the “inherit from theme skin” option – and the theme skin used in the Salient options panel > general settings tab is “original”

I am using your great App Demo template and have set top menu with custom links, pointing to row/section anchors. Everything work fine, but have one little problem with mobile menu. When tap on some link, it scrolls to the corresponding section, but the mobile menu did not hides and covers the whole screen, so the user have to hide it manually.
So, I am wondering is it possible to add additional functionality to the links of mobile menu in order to close the menu after scroll to the given section.
Maybe it can be done with some jQuery predefined function. Something like that:
jQuery(’#mobile-menu .menu-item’).click(customFunction);
Btw I cannot find the field of Custom JS, but only Custom CSS

In your Salient options panel > header navigation tab change the option for “Header Sticky On Mobile” to be on and this functionality will occur by default

Btw is there any way to modify the scrolling threshold in order to switch to the next section on mobile devices? Because now I have to slide up twice or one long slide in order to change the screen. And this seems like a bug for some users. Thanks!

As of now there’s no way to modify that without custom development – however you can disable the full screen rows effect on mobile only to render a normal mobile page
About adding new transition.
Is it possible to add a new transition manually? With a little skill with code is it possible to add? As?

Hey, from the way you have it setup the layout that’s occurring makes sense – to achieve a better mobile layout go into the responsive options tab for the middle empty column and check to “Hide on device” for tablet/phone. Then go into the responsive options tab on the other two columns and change the mobile text alignment to both be left or center

Hey, when using the off-canvas “slide out from right hover triggered” option, on non-front page pages, the header goes white and logo disappears when invoking the hover menu. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. It does not happen on the front page.

Hey, the hover nav does intentionally remove the BG color on hover, the only exception is when using a page fullscreen setup. To change this you can remove these lines within the openRightHoverNav function which is located in the init.js file in the js folder

This would indeed need to be done through the options panel – are you saying that the location toggles in the options panel are not working for you or that you’ve entered the data into the options panel and the map is simply not displaying it?

oh sorry, the url is www.publipush.nl on mobile it works, but on safari the .svg is not working and in chrome, the images of the portfolio, Facebook and main images in a portfolio item are not working.

2. I can see the portfolio item images showing on Chrome – can you let me know the version number you’re using?

Hey, In that case there’s no need to css at all – just turn off the off canvas navigation option – that way it won’t show on desktop but it’ll still be used for your mobile nav. Also ensure that you have the option on for a sticky mobile nav in the header navigation > logo settings tab

Hey wordgr, what are you trying to change the sizing to? The meta overlaid masonry auto crops image sizes to fit in a perfect grid – the sizes are defined in the functions.php in the nectar_add_image_sizes function
