Well actually, i called it support ticket bcoz i read the word ‘ticket’ in other comments but ,as things are rt nw , I dint receive or knw where the support ticket is. When i visited ur site, the only support method i could see was ‘ASK A QUESTION’ .I did that, put up my query in the big box & received a mail saying someone will reach within 24 hrs nd nt to reply. So, yh I do not knw where this ticket thing is, bt still dude..I want my issue resolved.So tell me somthing abt wt to do now to get support.

I got 4 presales qns…
1) Does the theme able to run on PHP7? 2) Understood the theme got membership subscription, does it allow per listing submission with fee? If yes, can it be using at the same time? I mean, the membership for agent, and listing fee for normal consumer… 3) Can I activate free listing during site launch, and maybe 6mths later I change it require listing fee, those customer register earlier, will the role still stick at free or it will change according the mode I change in the plan? 4) Does the theme got promo code function so that we can offer code for agent or customer during their first registration?

2) You can use either Membership or Regular Payment system not both at a time.
3) Yes, that’s possible. What a user can do and can’t do depends on the roles and capabilities you set for them.
4) That’s not available for the time being. I have forwarded it as a suggestion to the theme author.

Thks for your replied. Refer to qns 3, if those users enjoyed free listing within Jan-Mar-2017, and I change the rule to chargeable in Apr-2017, how the theme handle these users, will it be convert to chargeable or still under free listing even I changed?

That’s totally under control as being an administrator. Let me explain it for you in easy words.
Once you enable the regular property payments, then you also set the property default status to “Pending” on property submissions by your users. So they would need to pay to get their properties published. It will be applicable only for the new property submission. Sounds Good?
Now, what about free/early-published listing? Those properties wouldn’t require their authors to pay as those will have been published already. If that’s okay for you then fine.
However, if you want your users to pay for those properties as well then you would need to edit those properties status (can be done in bulk) to pending, that’s it. Users will need to pay for pending properties to get them published.

Hi Fahid, maybe my qns explanation not good…
What I look for it’s, for new site setup for the first 6mths, I will set free listing, so there are alot of agent or customer sign up and post the listing as free status. So, 6mths passby, I change the plan to payable, will those agents or customers account after their free 6mths period, and when they try to post, system will advise them to choose a plan? Actually, if the theme can support promo code, I think it will not create such qns that I am trying to ask, haha… 
Another qns, any field can addin THE “Agent License ID” into the profile, field not compulsory mean normal customer can ignore this field and still able to register / update.

i have a user role as author whenever he goes to properties in dashboard area to search for one of his properties and edit this message appear ( invalid post type ) and cant view the searched property. please help or suggest any other way for the author to search his own property and edit.

just updated your theme from v. 2.4.3 to 2.7.
we are using inline css. after pasting old css code to “additional css” and using button save & publish there is an error “Markup ist in CSS nicht erlaubt.”
copying css into file of child theme won’t be considered. probably these cssf iles will be loaded later as inline css code directly in the header.
do you have an idea?

Hi, I’ve installed Max Mega Menu to improve responsive quality. Unfortunately I have two issues: 1) on iPhone view the menu is wrapped in a div with dark background color, how can I access to it via CSS? 2) on vertical iPad view it works worse cause the div and text color have the same dark palette.
If you can advice me another menu plugin, tested on your great theme, to me it’s ok.

It doesn’t solve the problem, the container is still dark and disturb the menu usage.
To be more specific the div menu-and-contact-wrap in responsive mode (iPhone or tablet screen) has a dark background color

Hello, I am using the theme for almost one year and It is perfect, but right now I have an issue with the reCaptcha V2 from the last theme update. The I am not robot box is not showing and I am a bit concern. Just for the record I’ve updated the keys with newly generated reCaptha V2 from google.

This is a standard WordPress theme and handles properties as a Custom Post Type. So deleting a property doesn’t delete attached media as WordPress default behavior.
However, you can delete the unattached media using the any of the following plugins.

hi, i know this theme for a while now and i just saw that you have subproperties. I must be able to publish new developments with its sub properties but also notes not visible to the public where we can publish inside information about the construction, details and so on. Any ideas on this?

This is a standard WordPress theme and it doesn’t support any CRM OR CMS other than WordPress CMS.

Another question: is it possible to decide witch field to show in the visible search form over image in home page, putting the remaining fields in “advanced search” menu?

Hi, concerning point 2) your suggestion has a problem, doing this means to remove the search form even in the search page. I would like to remove it only in home page if using as a slider area “Search Form Over an Image” because I like to see just a big image. Alternatively I could choose “Image Base Banner” but in this case the image height is too small. Is there a way to change page section dimensions?
To solve the point 1), could you explain how to access to CSS file to try to change some transparency setting and see what happens?
