I was able to access the demos inside your theme from this page (https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/alternate-demo-method/). Now i can not reach. New designs diyenler not exist here. Due to server-based problems, demos are being loaded incorrectly. Demos sometimes do not load. I would ask you to update.

Hi. I try to achieve the result with the slider on top and the menu at the bottom of the screen like this here https://avada.theme-fusion.com/architecture, but using Slider Revolution instead of Fusion Slider. What should be the settings of Slider Revolution ?

This particular layout can only be achieved if you are using a Fusion Slider with Full Screen and Parallax being enabled, creating the same via Revolution Slider is going to take you to use some custom CSS i believe.

Hi,
I have updated the Avada theme to the latest version ie. 5.1.4 and overwrite the files under “woocommerce folder” inside theme but woocommerce changes are not reflecting in the front. Seems like woocommerce files cannot be overridden in the Avada theme folder.

You will have to load the WooCommerce files from a different path actually and it should overwrite just fine and good.

Hi, we are developing a website based on Avada 5.1.4 and Wordpress 4.7.3 and we have a problem with Text Block Editor, which doesn’t show text at all, unless we do select it. Is this a bug? How can we fix it?

We can assure you there is no such bug in our theme, if you are not seeing the text please check that its not set to White in color from the text color area.
Also check your console for any possible JS errors, as well as please try to switch to Text Mode of your text block element.
Do check if any of your custom CSS is causing the issue please, however if there is nothing that seems to work then please do open a new ticket and our team will gladly assist you with the issues.

Avada is purely a WordPress theme an not HTML template, so what you require is not a possibility and you will have to extract all the WordPress functions from our theme files in this case, it will take you some good amount of work to do that as the WP is injected in templates itself.

1. Yes, our theme does support dual sidebars and you can set them using either Fusion Options or Theme Options as well.

I am having dreadful trouble with the Aveda theme. The following things have happened:
1. The person who downloaded the theme registered but when I went there it was not registered. I reregistered and it returned back to “not registered”.
2. Last week I registered the theme. I said success.
3. From last Friday my site is OFF THE AIR and nobody can agree on how to get it to work.
I cannot afford to have my site down for so long. This is the email from the people who host the site.

The response from your hosting company is pretty explanatory and this is to do with the registration of your Avada theme.
Your Avada theme was registered as requested initially; however, as per the response from Adrian, that your account is reaching it’s disk IO, CPU and MySQL limits.
You should check with Adrian Acosta @ Net Virtue Customer Service if they are able to allocate more memory to your hosting account and also check your FTP directory for any backups that may be potentially using up your allocated disk quota.
You can feel free to forward my email to Customer Service as they are better placed to assist you with this issue since its related to your disk IO, CPU and MySQL limits.
Your Avada theme should be reactivated after Customer Service have taken action to resolve or upgrade your disk IO, CPU and MySQL limits.
I hope you can fix this problem because I have had nothing but trouble since I tried to extricate myself from David Forde.

1. Your theme should not be unregistered on its own once its registered, however you need to make sure that you are using a token key and not a purchase code to register the theme if you are on 5.x+ version.

I guess after my support runs out, that I never used. Now my entire website is down due to an update from y’all. Great idea to force purchases for support I guess, but my cost me my job since Sundays are when we have about 90% of viewing happening. Can anyone help that is not just looking for a buck? I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with the update, but I’m glad that was able to be quickly worked out for you.
Regarding your comments above, ThemeFusion did not force paid support on their customers. Paid support is an Envato / themeforest initiated service which is not something that we crafted. ThemeFusion did however, choose to “grandfather” in support support for Avada customers that purchased the theme before September 1st, 2015, the date Envato enacted paid support.
Lastly, we don’t force / initiate any updates on customers sites. The “auto update” is just a notice which shows users that there is an update available. The user has to click the update button before the automatic update process begins. When following the recommended procedure for updating, there shouldn’t be any issues.

Thank you for your question. Avada isn’t officially tested against this plugin for compatibility, so we’re not able to make any guarantees. However, the plugin author may have more information on compatibility / testing they may have done since Avada is a popular theme and one they may test against with their plugin.
That being said, Avada is carefully coded and in most cases, there are no issues when working with other properly coded plugins. In instances when a conflict is confirmed, we make every effort to correct the issue if it is on our end.
