I think you are uploading the wrong zip file. Please upload the porto.zip file only on your site, not the complete theme package file which you have downloaded from ThemeForest. If your issue not solved then please contact us through our support system with your site login details and FTP login details then we will update your theme and all plugins.

I am trying to embed a YouTube video into a webpage but it is not working. The URL is coming back changed from https://www.youtube.com/embed/sq8L3pGZa-c?rel=0 to https://youtube.com/watch?v=sq8L3pGZa-c%3Frel%3D0 and thus not showing on the front end. I need to rel=0 on the end to prevent related videos from showing.

Great. Have been testing for a while now. Question – I updated WooCommerce. Everything still works fine – however the Product headings (in home page and shop – Not on product page) have become very large and I don’t know where to change them to become normal / smaller – Have tried Theme Options > Typography – Something doing wrong?

Your Required Plugins installer recommends WooCommerce 3.0 as a default install. The theme does not yet support it; blows select2 js error on the wp dash product edit screen.

Please look into this, and resolve the new theme issues, or bundle WC 2.6.14 into the package. Otherwise, a lot of users will have broken sites as soon as the theme is configured, and WooCommerce will tell them so.

Actually, Ultimate Addons for VC plugin is not updated with latest Woocommerce that is why it is creating the issue with our theme. Please go to Ultimate >> Modules >> Turn off the Woocomposer Module and save it. Then you will be able to edit the products. http://prntscr.com/et27ti

These warnings are coming because you have not updated the theme plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Update all plugins but not Woocommerce plugin.

okay that fixed the errors. But the right side menu still has no style to it. and it’s the same menu has the left side . confused. do you guys need the log in to fix this issue?

Hi, can I take the text 404 out of the 404 page and make it completely custom? I’ve created a 404 block and linked the block slug, but the 404 text still shows. Anyway to take that out?

Hello! I purchased Porto theme and I like it a lot. After starting out, trying out different colors-designs etc. and adding some content, I was unable to create a menu. Everytime I chose the pages for the menu and clicked save the menu was gone.

I think you are using the older version of PHP. Please use the PHP minimum 5.4 version. If your issue will not solve then please contact us through our support system so we will debug your site and solve your issue.

So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.

IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

We have been using this theme for the past year but now want to upgrade to Woocommerce 3.0 when it is released. Is the Porto theme fully compatible with Woocommerce 3.0?

Please go to Admin Panel >> Ultimate >> Google Map >> Insert the API key. But this option is available only in the latest version of Ultimate Addons for VC.
