This is a server side issue. Your server configuration limits you with the upload file size but don’t worry, it’s not a big problem. You can install the theme via FTP, it’s not a problem. Please check this article, it should help. We can also help you with the theme installation if you forward the details this issue to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com.

My problem haven’t been solved yet. According to one of your agents in order for the icons to show I would have to change “Theme Options > Header Options > Top Panel Inner Page > press cross on the “Top panel” field.” To be honest I dont see much logic on it and on top of that the problem still persists. No sign of the icons seen on the template. I’ve already provided my credentials. Thanks!

Hi, I’ve created a page with ronneby and I don’t know why my Menu is not in one line but all (Home, Contact etc) one under another :/ When I scroll then Menu is in one line but under the black line (so you can’t see it cause white letters were supposed to be on the sticky menu – not under). Please help :/

The issue seems to be caused by the menu items which cannot fit the width of the header.

We’ve purchased your theme and want to change the text in dutch with the help of a .po file. Unfortunately the word ‘phone’ on the contactpage doesn’t change. This looks a bit strange, as the rest of te website is in dutch. And we can’t seem to workaround the theme in this case. Can you fix this bug?

Hello, i bought the theme, installed both child and the parent theme, tried to activate the child theme and I got this message: Fatal error: Cannot unset $this in /web/htdocs3/coltbrewcom/home/www/wp-content/themes/ronneby/redux_framework/ReduxCore/inc/extensions/custom_font/components/mimetype.php on line 39.

\wp-content\themes\ronneby\redux_framework\ReduxCore\inc\extensions\custom_font\components\mimetype.php
open it and find the lines:
public function __destruct() {
unset($this);
}
Please remove these lines and save changes.

Is there a clean way to uninstall / install demo? I would like to try couple of the demo templates to decide best one to use as starting point for my site. I do currently have one of the demo “eleventh” (I think) but would like to try a new one. Should I just go ahead and install the new demo or is there any clean up I should prior to installing another demo. Thanks for your support!

If you’d like to install several layouts, we recommend you to use the Import option.
While installing the content via Appearance > Installer panel the theme options and Revolution sliders will be overwritten and you’ll get only the ones from the last installed layout in the end.
To avoid that, we’d recommend you to use WordPress importer to install additional layouts/demos.
Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the file to import the content from.
E.g.: for Barber Shop Layout import select the file from the following path – \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\second\dummy_second.xml. It’ll install only the content. You can install Revolution slider from this layout in Revolution Slider > Import > select one from \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\second\second.zip.

I love your theme guys, but…not seeing updates on the theme for months and not being compatible with WC 3.0 is a bummer. I’ve been using it for a client project for over six months and always have to crack my head around the incompatibilities with WC. When are you guys updating this?

Hi I’ve been in the middle of setting up woo commerce and an update went through, now I can’t edit my products in woo commerce and it isn’t working properly. Wordpress has a notification saying: Your theme (Ronneby) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Will this be updated automatically or do I need to do something?

There is an option to add link to all info box element and there is an option to set this link to a separate URL but there are two info box shortcodes available in theme and they have different settings.
