When it comes to licenses, we bought extended license for Visual Composer and Revolution Slider, and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.
You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

In order to set content to be full width, make sure that you are using Full Width page template on pages which need to be full width, and for rows which need to use entire width, edit these rows, and from row options set Content Width to Full Width https://www.screencast.com/t/qFnm68SwX

For pages which contain Revolution slider, you need to update sliders separately with Revolution slider Import options, just navigate to theme forest download folder / xml export and choose and import slider zip files

You get all the photos as you see them on the demo site, but they were bought on Shutterstock which means they are under copyright and you will have to pay licenses. Then you can use all content freely.

Landing page is not included, but our support can provide you with the code from that landing page, and you will just need to replace images with images on your installation.
TipFit is Fitness – Gym oriented and it contain Timetable Responsive Schedule plugin which is integrated in the theme, and this functionality is not present in other two.
Each theme is aims for specific usage and custom shortcodes are included for that purpose. Statistical indicator is not present in TipFit but you can overcome this with some plugin. You simply need to focus on a theme which fits your needs the most, and some basic functionality like counters, web statistic, etc. can be integrated with additional plug or two.

Thanks for choosing TopFit. Of course! After you’ve installed the theme, make sure to install all the included plugins (you shall see a notification at the top of your WP admin area for this), and after you install Mikado Core, just go to Mikado Options -> Import, select ALL and also attachments, and click on import button. You will get all our content imported, so you can then just replace media and content with your own. You can find this explained in details in theme documentation that you’ve got inside downloaded theme package.
Note that revolution sliders need to be imported manually. In theme package you downloaded from themeforest, you will see xml export -> revslider folder , with all demo sliders zips inside it. So just import them manually , in your WP admin go to Slider Revolution -> Import sliders.
