Setting things up. I cant see the Sticky Menu on the front page of Luxury. Checked the demo site has the same issue. Please fix

Sticky Header functionality works fine. You can see that if in http://chandelier.elated-themes.com/ you scroll down for 460px, or just below the main slider in the page, sticky header ( on scroll up and down ) appears https://www.screencast.com/t/IVIhJ5yCAzf . Also, you can set Scroll amount to Sticky generally in Elated Options > Header > Sticky Header > Scroll Amount to Sticky https://www.screencast.com/t/UEQbJFDz , and for certain pages in the back-end of the page, scroll down to Elated Header section > Scroll Amount to Sticky https://www.screencast.com/t/x18AAujutZJm .

In our demo site we set that Sticky Header appears when you scroll down for 450px https://www.screencast.com/t/CqAFPLVW , and roughly speaking, it appears when you are below slider in that page https://www.screencast.com/t/tXgaftls . We had to hire another developer to fix the site menu to be compatible with all browsers. Also, we have been working on the site for 5 months and we are ready to launch soon but the single product thumbnails gallery is not working. Instead, all photos show up the normal size. Please provide a fix.

Regarding your questions:
1. Lightbox script is handling size of a lightbox and appropriate size is loaded but it is resized a bit https://www.screencast.com/t/KIiBbQO2 . That is default behavior and it doesn’t require fixing.

Thanks for your response. I was able to get single product additional information field working by adding attributes to the products. This made the “additional information” tab appear.
How do I make single product page gallery images thumbnail size? Currently, the gallery photos are showing full size. I need to change it so the big pictures are thumbnails and when the user clicks thumbnails it opens up a lightbox of a bigger photo??

And sorry for misunderstanding. Issue with single product additional info is present because you have updated WooCommerce but not the theme. Just update the theme to version 1.7 which is latest theme version and additional info tab will work just fine. Regarding thumbnails, this is default theme functionality. However you can change thumbnail size by editing wp-content\themes\chandelier\woocommerce\single-product\product-image.php but same size will be loaded in the lightbox and changing it to full size only for lightbox will require additional custom coding.

We are working on theme update that will cover WooCommerce compatibility, it will include the compatibility with latest version of Visual Composer plugin as well. We can not tell you precisely when it will be released since there are a lot of changes that needs to be covered because WooCommerce 3.0.0 was major update.

This error means that your php version is low, and that’s why this is happening.
Use at least PHP 5.4.x or greater in order to process PHP code faster, and to fix older version bugs. Note that wordpress is now recommending PHP 7 or greater https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ So, just contact your host and ask them to increase your php version to 5.4.x or higher.

We have not created demo website with https.
This issue can commonly occur when user sets SSL certificate on a website where it wasn’t present and installation wasn’t configured initially in that way. You could try using some SSL links fixer plugins like maybe following ones https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ http://ithemes.com/codex/downloads/fix-ssl-non-ssl-links.zip but that doesn’t guarantee fixing the issue. More proper way would be to remove images that are causing this problem and re-uploading them again. By using google chrome developer tools console you can find list of images that are causing this issue.
